The single most important element in our holiday planning is care for Willow. If that cannot be sorted the holiday isn't happening.

The recent experience with PetStay carer Carole was excellent in all respects. First there was a hitch with the originally booked carer no longer being available but Sophia sorted that out and offered Carole, a new recruit, as an alternative. From the very first contact Carole was obviously a perfect choice.

She was anxious to get to know Willow so we did a couple of introductory visits. She and Willow got on famously. Carole lives in a lovely rural spot with a big enclosed garden and plenty of lovely walks locally. As Willow is accustomed to that environment it was perfect.

Carole sent us photos and a short video of Willow doing what Willow does - playing ball.

My only reservation in recommending Carole is a selfish one - I don't want her to be booked up when planning our next holiday.

Roy made our experience great. Yet again he looked after Evie like she was his dog. Evie is very much at home with Roy. The experience and care that Roy has is second to non. Thank you again Roy and hopefully we'll be back soon.

Our Yorkie, Lexi, had only stayed with family before, so home boarding was a big step. Jason answered our enquiry promptly and explained the process thoroughly. After meeting Tony and Charis, we immediately felt confident booking Lexi’s stay.
Lexi has now enjoyed two holidays with them, and we couldn’t be happier. She is treated like one of their own, and the family have taken the time to understand her needs. We also appreciated the regular updates and photos while we were away.
We were able to enjoy our holidays knowing that Lexi was happy. Thank you so much to Tony, Charis and family; we truly appreciate the wonderful care you gave her.

Poppy stays with Alison and Frank when we go away on holiday and has a lovely time. She has made lots of friends and gets very excited when she realises where we are going. She has stayed with them on many occasions now and we don’t have any qualms about leaving her. It’s a real home from home.

Our lab Grace has stayed with Lorraine and family 3 times now and we are very pleased that she has what feels like a home from home. It's a happy and busy household and Grace clearly enjoys being there and seems to be very much herself. Lorraine communicates well, sends great pictures and is really on it. I don't worry about Grace at all now while we are away. Thanks!

Excellent experience with Pet Stay and Barbara who sorted out our dogs staying with a lovely couple nearby. Fantastic service and my dogs had a lovely holiday! We have booked again for a future holiday.

The organisation is very efficient and helpful. Our carer Linda Mark is wonderful and we know that Muffin is going to be well looked after and cared for. We would not entrust Muffin to anyone other than Linda. She is excellent in every respect. Thank you.

My young border collie had a lovely time whilst staying at Sophia’s.
He was treated like a member of the family and when I returned he was relaxed and calm, he had hardly noticed I was away.

Ernie had a 3 week stay with Lindsey and Mike and he had a fabulous time. They took such good care of him and he is quite a handful at 9 months old! He came home better behaved than when we left him, they have the magic touch.

We used PetStay for the first time Aug / Sept. Right from the off very helpful and informative, in matching our dog Willow with right person to look after her. Eileen was wonderful and we had no problem leaving Willow as we knew she would be well looked after. Would highly recommend Petstay and will certainly use again.

Petstay is a wonderful service, it gives peace of mind when away. Bella was very well looked after by Jenefer and Don Neal, as always. It was wonderful to receive photos of Bella every day of the holiday!

Bailey spent just over a week with Colin & loved it! We received many photos, videos & messages about how he was getting on, which is a lovely thought!

Kona is just back from a week long stay with Charlie and Margaret, this is her fourth time with them and she becomes excited when she hears who she’s going to see. She ran in the house door and couldn’t wait for us to leave. As always she was extremely well looked after, photos were sent to us, and we could see how content Kona was. I thoroughly recommend Charlie and Margaret as would Kona if she could type .

Manx has just had another amazing stay with the lovely Janet, Richard and Dexter dog. Once again he's had a truly wonderful stay with them, this is now the second time they've looked after Manx we know he's been well taken care of. Janet kept us updated with regular updates on how Manx was doing with photographs etc that means a lot when your away from your special little fur baby.
I honestly can't thank them enough for once again giving us the peace of mind that he was in the very best of care whilst we were on holiday.

PetStay has been a god-send!

After checking many boarders over several years to look after our Dalmation, Stamford, we came across Jane at PetStay who was able to recommend Sue & Barry as being the ideal boarder for him.

By asking the right questions about Stamford, she was able to match us with the most appropriate boarder. It turns out Sue & Barry was everything and more.

The service was faultless, from the initial meet & greet, to the stay itself. Throughout the process, Jane kept us fully informed, including an excellent reminder list of what to take to make the stay perfect.

Sue & Barry were just exactly what Stamford needed. He’s a dog that needs attention when he wants it, and they definitely provided that! Throughout his stay, we were sent pictures & updates to show he was loving his holiday! And that is all dog owners want when they go on holiday - that their 4-legged is being well looked after.

We would definitely recommend PetStay is the perfect company to get the right match, and Stamford’s match, Sue & Barry were fabulous. Thank you!

Sarah has been a fantastic “Auntie” for our 9month Cocker, Sir Clive.
We were very nervous as he is quite an excitable young thing, but Lisa paired us with Sarah and it couldn’t have gone better. She tired Clive out with walks, sent us loads of pics and videos, and was genuinely lovely. Would have no hesitation in choosing PetStay and Sarah again - in fact, we are now planning our summer holiday, knowing how great she was.

Amy and Tamzyn were fantastic.
Lovely people who really looked after my 2 labs.
One of my labs is getting old at 14 and he has epilepsy. The other is a rescue with some questionable behaviour. They were really well cared for and I got daily updates and photos whilst I was away.
I'd recommend Amy and Tamzyn to anyone looking for a home boarding placement for their dog while they are away.
Petstay itself was an easy process to book through.

We have been using Petstay for quite a number of years now, and would not consider anyone else to look after our fur baby Bailey. Linda is always very helpful and accommodating, even when we have had to change dates at the last minute, as we had to do on our most recent stay in September, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Bailey was placed with Irene a few years ago and we could not have asked for anyone better to look after her. Irene is absolutely lovely, and we are convinced she loves Bailey nearly as much as we do. We always feel better going on holiday when leaving her with Irene, as we always have the guilt but knowing Irene is looking after her makes us feel able to go on holiday and relax. Irene sends us lots of pictures and video updates whilst we are away, which we absolutely love. Bailey is always very happy with Irene, and when she comes back she doesn't even have the sulks lol!
We love Irene that much, to ensure we can always have her for our holidays, we always book Petstay before we book our actual holidays 😁

I am not going to lie this is not the cheapest way to board your pet, but the cost doesn't even come into for us when you are getting home from home quality care for your beloved fur baby.

From the off, Petstay has been a joy to deal with. From booking to meet up with Verity pre stay and then during the stay. Verity sent us updates and photos which was great knowing she was in good and capable hands. I've only once left my dogs in kennels and swore I would never do it again , but Petstay has given a complete home from home experience and she was loved , cuddled , walked and care for like she was Veritys own. I had no worries at all !! Highest respect and admiration for these lovely people. Recommended

Exceptional service, great communication and simple booking system. My pooch had a wonderful stay, not sure she really wanted to come home afterwards. And reasonable pricing too. Would highly recommend and use again.
Its great to know your pet is so well looked after in a home from home environment.
