Elsa, our Golden Retriever had a lovely time with Roger. He is excellent and very caring. Elsa absolutely loves going to stay with him. We have used Petstay for a few years now and always found them very helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Before Elsa, we had another Goldie, Kez, and she always stayed with Petstay. Highly recommend.

I had to book quite last minute and PetStay found a lovely family within 30-40 mins drive and arranged a meeting with them ahead of my dog's stay. The matched family were absolutely perfect for our spaniel who is used to living in a large family with kids around. They sent us photos and videos every day which showed what great time he was having there. The mum in the family checked all the important details ahead with us so that our dog would be looked after as close to how they are at his own homes as possible. I would definitely use the service again and particularly the family we were matched with as they were fantastic!

So grateful for Claire being able to sort out dog care fairly last minute. Hugo had a wonderful stay with Daphne & John. From the initial meeting, we knew that Hugo would be well looked after & spoilt. We were kept up to date with messages & photos, and could see he was very happy. Would not hesitate to use PetStay again - thank you.

This was my first time using Petstay and from the first contact with Jane to meeting the carer I felt so comfortable. My dog has anxiety so we were very nervous about leaving him but Marlyn was so accommodating, arranging short visits to allow our dog to get to know her. This meant when we did leave him he relaxed straight away and had no issues. We got regular updates which gave us the reassurance he was happy. I’m so glad to have found them.

We have booked via Jason at the Stockport branch, who is fantastic! Great communication, quick to reply and very helpful. We used the Lancashire branch previously but struggled to place our dogs with someone who is suitable to handle energetic dogs! Instead, we have used the Stockport branch and placed our 2 dogs with John several times now, who our dogs love and he treats them as his own! The Stockport branch is excellent and I highly recommend.

This was our first time using Petstay. Harris was so well cared for by Pauline and was clearly very happy while we were away for just over a week. We're away again in a few weeks and couldn't be happier and more confident he'll love his time back with Pauline.

As usual a reliable service and Baxter loves staying with Jenni , James and the boys allowing us to go away knowing he is in good hands with a lovely family that cares for him .

Barney stayed with Maggie for 5 days while we took a short break. Maggie sent us regular photo's and messages while we were away, that helped to put our minds at ease he was happy and comfortable. Thank you Maggie for taking good care of him and allowing us to have a holiday knowing he was being well looked after.

Excellent experience. We were found a lovely couple to look after the dog at fairly short notice over Easter. They took really good care of him and kept us updated and reassured whilst we were away. Will definitely use again and recommend.

We got regular updates of the dogs holiday with Maggie which measured us they were happy and getting along ok.

Our dogs second time with Pet Stay & Keith. Before this we used Petstay with our 2 previous dogs. We are and will remain long standing customers.
We enjoyed daily photos reassuring us how settled she was which is so essential to dog parents who usually take her everywhere with us.
Her routine was kept and Im sure she had more home comforts than she has with us 😂. Wont use anyone else

This wasn't my first time using PetStay for good reasons. They always give good service, my dog goes and returns with a wagging tail. I often receive pictures of walks she's been on while I'm away, I honestly couln't ask for more.

Couldn't have asked for Murphy to be in better care. He seemed to settle as soon as he arrived and Eileen the carer was so lovely. The process to get Murphy booked in was run smoothly too. Would highly recommend

The whole process of booking with PetStay was excellent. I was confident that the host was chosen to fit my dogs rather than just being whoever was available and our organiser Barbara was brilliant and very efficient. Freddy and Florence had an absolute ball during their stay with Keith and Nok (as demonstrated in lots of photos and videos) and I was confident that my dogs were safe and happy with them. Thank you to everyone!

Jane at Petstay organised dog boarders for my dog Pippin called Margaret and Charles. He stayed with them for just over a week and I couldn’t have been happier with them. They treated him like their own and he absolutely loved his stay. I will 100% be using them again.

Bobby loves staying with Rebecca and Drew. This is his second visit and as soon as he got there we could see he was so excited..We can relax on our time away knowing he is being treated with care and affection.

Pet Stay Wirral - our dog Rollie came home happy having been fussed over whilst with his carer Olwyn. Would recommend and will be using this service again!

Reg the sausage had a trial sleepover with Jackie, her feedback was good and Reg seemed quite happy.
It has put my mind at rest for his next stay whilst I go on holiday.

Izzie loves her stays with Tracey and Mark. We know that she is happy and secure with them and almost seems to regard it as her second home.
It means that we can always leave her with complete peace of mind.
