I've been shopping there for years. I order online, receive notice when ready for pickup and they bring it to my car. I've spoke with several on the phone and in the store. They are kind, helpful and courteous. I'm very thankful for all the staff.

I used to spend almost $200 a month in this store until today I found out that the corporate office took away their military discount. I will never step foot back in there again. And if you care about the men and women who certainly deserve this discount will cut tirs with them. This company should be completely ashamed of their selves ovet this. Obviously you only think about your profit!!!!

I was asked if I wanted to use my $10 reward when making a purchase. I asked is there a use by date, do I get to use the remaining balance? Cashier couldn't answer. After the purchase of $2.30 she said it is gone you don't get to use the balance. I will never shop here again

Shelton, CT store staff and manager are rude especially to the disabled. Refuse to give refund of moldy food with receipt purchased days prior. Generally don't care about customer. Only want money.

The staff is rude, mocks people and treats disabled customers poorly.

The Pet supplies plus in Fairview Park OH neglects their animals. They lost a ball python, their fish have ich and are dead. No water in the bearded dragon cage. Emma should be fired and this store shut down!

Bought 36" bully sticks online. Went to pick them up. 8 were beef and 12 were chicken. Spent a little over $75. The store is 30+ min drive there and another 30+ min drive back. I get home, the beef stick were broke in pieces not in the 36" length and poured into a brown bag grocery sack. Poured the bag out 2 live bugs and 1 dead came out with. Pieced the sticks together because I wondered why they were all broke but the chicken were whole in the 36" lengths. It's because there were only 6 sticks. I paid for 8. Why not just refund me for 2 of them or substitute 2 more chicken. What one of your employees did is stealing and then to try to TRICK a customer into thinking they were getting what they paid for? Not to mention they had some kind of white powdery substance that was spilled on many of the pieces. I have no clue what it is, cleaner, bug spray. I will not feed any of the beef sticks to my dogs. I called the store during open hours. Got voice mail. Left a message. Now I'm going to have to spend an hour to go back to the store to get this resolved. Wasting my gas and my time when they could have handled this situation differently a few different ways. First time making a purchase with this store. I'm not happy. I have pics to support my claim.

This was an awful experience. The Sandusky, OH Pet Supplies Plus called the police when they refused to let me use a gift card that was issued for a previous bad experience. I refused to leave until I could get my flea medicine. I was tired of being abused and decided to stand up for abused seniors.
If you have an issue with them, they have a list with your name. No apologies. Very upsetting to be banned from a pet supply store for trespassing. I’m 71. Are you kidding me?

This was my second time I went and I felt they did a very nice job. My little doggie is very pretty now and clean and I give them a very nice report when I got up to the register the lady use my let me use my coupon and Emily was the groomer. She did a very nice job.

I took my silky Yorkie and to be groomed and the lady never even gave her a shampoo she just sprayed her down because when I took her home she was still greasy and she needed a shampoo but now I know why my dog was afraid of spray bottles she barely trimmed her at all I had to ask her if she could trim a little bit more because she didn't even touch her she maybe took an inch off so needless to say I will never go back there again I found a better groomer that won't charge me $74 for a waste of time and money

The store is nice, but I found their prices pretty high and some items were out of stock. Disappointing.

Pet Supplies Plus in Central Islip is great. They helped me get an out of stock item I desperately needed within just a couple of hours. They go above and beyond. Wonderful store!

1st time in..they had only been open a few days… surveyed the cat area- (very small compared to dog area) ALL the prices I saw ( cat food, supplies,etc) were quite Higher then anywhere I’ve shopped. The two young guys at register were oblivious to prices, one guy had to help the other to even get me signed inn as a new customer. No personality or store knowledge.
It’s my understanding after seeing their sales tactic , is to give “discounts on certain items, food etc” to compensate for their higher prices.. No thanks, not planning on going back.

Associate was helpful and very cheerful.

Well like the store like that they match prices.but any more their fish have been horrible bought 10 fish for 2 different aquairums that were set up for years 8 have died within 2 days got money back.but thats crazy I could see 1 or 2 but dang they looked healthy when I got them.but when I went to return them I noticed half the fish in the tanks I bought out of they were dead so they got a bad batch of fish they really need to find another supplier this is rediculas

A candy shop for pets! My lab was so excited to see all the wonderful stuffies. He wanted them all but settled for a giant bully stick. Will definitely put this on Arthur’s favorite places to go.

The young lady that is at the register is always smiling and polite. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. I can’t recall what her name is but I know it sounded like another coworker called her Jamiyah. This was the store in Whitehall.

I made an appt for both of my dogs to be groomed and it was for Thursday at 1 pm then I get a text saying your appt for Friday at 1 pm is confirmed when I called it did no good cause because naturally they have it for the wrong day so I had to cancel the appt cause Friday is not a good day for me very frustrated 😣 with this place at this point

I don’t know what convinced corporate to auto redeem points for customers every month but it’s absolutely the worst decision ever, I don’t shop often and to have my points redeemed and then have a short exp date after the redemption means my points literally go down the drain. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I absolutely love the Dearborn store grooming, they go above and beyond for “Sparky” they accommodate his appointments and make him feel special.
