Wrongfully declared shipment and no contact available
Items received but they were wrongfully declared for shipping. Shipping confirmation states that taxes are paid with no addiontal costs or delays. My parcel was both delayed and demanded an addiontal payment for import VAT, customs and handlings fees. Furthermore no one is responding through e-mail, or the messaging formula that can be used directly on the website. Therefore I'm currently solving the issue elsewhere

Ordered a Peugeot 3008 camera housing. When it arrived, there was only one half of the housing. After contacting the sales team was told the other half will cost another £25. I would not recommend using this site as only half the information for items is in the description.

I'm afraid I'd have to give Mr Kinslow quite low marks as a customer.
If he orders half a camera housing from you, and you send him exactly what he's ordered, he leaves you bad reviews on the internet.
Mr Kinslow, we sent you exactly the part number you ordered. I'm not sure what we could have done differently?
If you had asked us in advance whether the part number was what you thought it was then we would have gladly helped.

Citroen C6 genuine parts and fabulous service
Bought Citroen C6 genuine parts which arrived in Australia in just over a week. The parts plus freight were 25% cheaper than the Australian dealer price. Incredibly good service, particularly as Citroen Australia quoted me 3 months delivery ex-France. Very highly recommended.

Impossible to use the site on mobile
Would love to use and review this site, but as there's a sodding great trustpilot widget completely blocking the search bar and the menu button I can't actually access any part of the site !!!
