I am an investor in Pfida. I also have a savings account with them. The profits were always paid on time (and 4.5% too). Got notification everytime the profits were paid through email. I almost purchased a property with them - the process was very smooth. Lily from the team always responded to my emails very fast. When I decided not to go through the house purchase (for personal reasons), the refund for management fee was paid back instantly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am very happy with my investment and fully trust the vision pfida have.

Stay far far away from Pfida at all costs! I've just bailed out, and it's a complete disaster. The organisational structure is an absolute shambles, with departments in disarray. The execs are clueless dictators, with zero grasp on running a business. They're bleeding cash and relying solely on crowdfunding to survive.

It's a mates' club at the top, explaining the utter mess. My own funds got tangled up in this train wreck.

Bottom line: Avoid Pfida like the plague!

I received the keys to my property on the 5th of April 2024. My journey with Pfida has been a long one as I have been with them for over three years. Since I began my research for a halal way to purchase a house, I never came across a product that gave my heart peace, while being strict upon myself, until I came across Pfida. This is my honest and humble opinion regarding Pfida and their services:
HPP - The subject of Halal home finance is so vast, that after researching for so long I realised that I would never know enough myself to make an informed knowledgeable decision, therefore I opted to try follow the verse of the Quran and 'If you don't know, ask those who do know' (loose translation). I chose to be strict upon myself and not look for a decision that satisfied my Nafs. When I discovered that internationally renowned scholars in this field who were of the strictest regarding Riba, namely Haitham Haddad, Tareq Diwani, Umer Sulaiman, I left it in Allah's hands and my heart was at peace with their product. I believe that by opting for Pfida's HPP, a Muslim will have complete peace of mind and have the opportunity to own a home in a way that is ethical and aligns with the Islamic faith and have no guilty conscious. I who heartedly endorse this product and I actively encourage those who want to buy a home to opt for this.
Staff - From the early days speaking on the phone to Brother Raza on the phone in a tesco car park to building what seems like a close friendship with Richard without seeing the person, I have not met such a formidably talented team but yet so humble that the CEO's are happy to phone you or even meet in person to have a chat, no one is too big to talk to you. I have found every member that I have dealt with to be exceptionally helpful, respectful, humble and helpful. My experiences include Sneha, Manju, Richard, Salman and Raza.
Communication/Portal - Their website is brilliant and deserving of any top company. I have always found that any request for a call back was met swiftly and have always been able to speak to someone/anyone about anything. A slight constructive criticism (if you can call it that) is that they have no means of direct communication by way of phone number. This will inevitably raise eyebrows for some (don't worry about it, really) but for me, personally, in a day and age where communication is key and people expect to be able to call someone, I think it will benefit Pfida to have a point of contact.

Points of Issue - Home buying is never a stress free journey at the best of times, so a new and unfamiliar product is expected to be a tad more stressful. Though not Pfida's fault, my conveyancing process was very stressful, a lot of back and forth from all sides. There are many hurdles to go through, but it is worth it as this is a noble cause for Allah's sake - the road to Jannah is riddled with challenges. I was very off put by the 6 month minimum timeline to complete a purchase as not many sellers will be willing to wait that long. This product will not be accessible by a large amount fo people for many reasons, which is a shame as the entry criteria is quite strict, but I hope Pfida will be able to broaden that criteria in the future.
Few other arbitrary nuances, but overall, Pfida are an infant company growing and changing, so may Allah bless them.

Overall - I can keep writing to explain the immense benefits of Pfida, I really cannot exhort enough the product and service Pfida are doing for the Muslim community and even non-muslim base, should they opt for the product. I sincerely hope Allah blesses Pfida with continuing and enormous success in providing people with an ethical and moral way to be homeowners and I hope that I one day can be a part of ( a paid role LOL) the team.

I have just purchased my home through Pfida. The team has been fantastic and they do work hard. I was liaising Iqra and Hardik and both have been supportive and understanding. I have come to the Pfdia for my investment from a friend's recommendation. I believe I have made a wise decision to invest with the company.

To be quiet honest, I couldnt gather time to study about the company before the investment. But then, when you have a team of members who are proactive and kin to advise clients, it feels like the investment is ought to be in good hands.

I was so pleased with the help I received from Habibah Khanom few days back. She was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went about checking my investment plan with the advisors for the information and even advised me with some direct links. She has also explained different options of investments so that I can come up with the best plan. She addressed my concern really well during our phone call and without pushing unnecessary work on me, she actually processed the subscription changes by herself, while kept informing me all the steps. Some days I couldnt reply her back or have missed calls, but she was very patient during the whole process.

In sha Allah, hope to make some positive initiative for my family with your company. May Allah SWT reward you and your team members for the good deeds, helping lower middle class family like us to dream of a owning a home.

Thanks a lot for the full Pfida team (top to bottom) from Raza (CEO), Iqra/Hardik (Underwriting team) and many more people made the process smoother. We have got timely resposnes from our investment start date to closure. I also feel Pfida is open to everyone who wants to buy a home not specific to any specific group. The best of all is that we can buy Pfida's equity , there is no percentage limit of buyback which is only Pfida provides whereas other banks limit to 5% and charge fee in case of early buyback.

I can wholly recommend Pfida and I found the team to be professional, polite and helpful. We pray that Pfida continues to grow and provide halal home financing for many years to come.

The mission statement of the company is to provide ethical and an interest free way to purchase a property, which resonated with me.

There were some issues with the solicitors involved in terms of communication and paperwork. This was unique to our circumstances only and delayed the completion of the purchase considerably.

The Pfida team though, were very supportive and proactive throughout and communicated professionally all the time.

Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a property as it is based on sound ethical principles

I have just today completed the purchase of my dream house with the help of Pfida.
