We came across Primary finance a little over 3 years ago when we were looking to buy a house devoid of interest, Raza, the CEO of the company, was happy to explain the product and was both passionate and informative with the details he provided, it became apparent relatively early on that this was a service unlike no other in quality, ethics and customer service.
Fast forward 3 years, and we've been fortunate enough to have primary finance help us to purchase a buy to let property. The process was straightforward, and members of the company were always on hand to answer our queries, their response time was quick, their advice transparent, and they really prioritise benefit to the buyer over their own interests, a quality which is almost unheard of in the private sector.

We have had a property with them for almost a year now and the transaction has been smooth and accommodating. Their online dashboard detailing the progress of buying out the property, is intuitive and easy to use. With visual aids, eligibility calculators and historical data built on to the platform.

I would reccomend this company and product to any prospective buyer. Not just can you purchase a property without interest and the burden of debt, but you will also have the opportunity to be a part of something seismic in changing the current financial products available on the market today.

After committing to a life of private renting due to there being no halal alternative (except buying a house outright), Primary Finance came along with their revolutionary fully sharia-compliant and ethical home purchase plan.

Initially, to learn more about them, I threw many questions at Primary Finance and I received a friendly and detailed answer to every one of them (and rather quickly too!). Raza is a gem of an individual to deal with and has been extremely helpful along the way. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure my queries were answered. I have also communicated with Omar who is also a pleasure to deal with. From the onset, they are clear about the model and the charges involved so there are no nasty surprises later.

In November 2021 I took the leap and bought my first house with Primary Finance. Alhamdulillah, their web app platform is full of useful charts and figures that illustrate the costs over time. Raza and his team are always on hand to help if anything is unclear. I am really impressed with how they work and also very pleased with my purchase and the service I have received from them. I take every opportunity to recommend them to my family and friends.

I am amazed and impressed with the home purchase product offered by Primary Finance (PF), Alhamdulillah. I was initially sceptical but the PF team made it easy, especially brother Raza.
He was polite, supportive throughout the process. There was no suprises at the last minute. He was clear from early on about the charges, expectations etc. (one example, He explained why we are expensive than traditional bank mortgages and how PF has true profit loss sharing principles etc)
