Premier Garden Supplies Limited was established in 2013 with a lot of hard work and dedication we have been lucky enough to expand our business each year. We are a small independent family-run business based in Madeley, Telford. We manufacture our own range of Gates, Fence Panels, Trellis, Arbours, Arches, Pergolas and so much more on-site in various different styles. As we make everything on site we do offer a customised "Made-2-Measure" service on selected product ranges. Please call us to find out more. From product knowledge and advice to ordering and delivery, we will do everything we possibly can to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. We supply the trade industry as well as the public with a wide selection of fencing and trellis panels, gates and fence posts. We can supply concrete posts and concrete gravel boards, lap panels and we also stock a great selection of European-style fencing, all available at very competitive prices. We can also supply other garden items such as pergolas, corner arbours, arbours, planters, bin stores and sleepers.

PGS made me a gate/side door for my garage and it was great. A few days later I visited PGS to pick up 4off 100x100x4000mm wooden fence posts. They were brought from around the back by a young fit man on a fork lift. The man stood and watched as I (a poorly 76 year old) struggled to get them into the back of my car. So don't expect any help loading up.
Premier Garden Supplies delivered a good quality, custom sized garden gate, along with additional materials. The pre-order service was brilliant (Richard) who quickly answered a series of queries, and provided a very competative quotation (delivery to Scottish Highlands), and the gate etc arrived, slightly ahead of schedule, in perfect condition. Absolutely no complaints, and will use PGS again without hesitation.
OPPTGSHD PENT TALL GARDEN STORE .
Finally received this garden store ...it is absolute garbage.
Both door panels are warped,so when closed the bottom of one door is warped out about half an inch.
The pre assembly is not accurate,the left frame of the door frame strut is of a different thickness to the right one.
The hinges are so thin,the plates can be bent with a finger.
The instructions are not clear.
Have spent a day on this and in total frustration its only good for firewood and I do consider myself a practical person.
Also I had to chase the order up as had no communition at all once paid for.so no advice of delivery date.
Took 3 weeks in the end to deliver after I contacted them.
Money wasted.

I was looking for an oversized garden gate with treatment and I came across Premier Garden Supplies on a most well known online retailer.
Ordering was easy and shortly after PGS contacted me to say that I measured the gate wrongly and advised me of the new price which I accepted.
I also asked that the gate be fully framed which cost a nominal amount for the extra material involved.
That done, the Gare arrived next day!
I was super impressed with the quality and though I have not fitted yet (weather did not permit) I am happy I have bought well.
I would certainly recommend PGS.

It took a while to place an order which computer said were sold out. Speaking to staff, I found out there were few odds left. I ordered 3 fence caps. Eventually I got them, thanks to Richard especially.

Richard was helpful when I was ordering a garden gate and had good product knowledge regarding the gate construction erc. They were timely and efficient.I ordered on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday, all the way to Scotland.
