Received my ring really quickly and it was beautiful! But after two days, it broke. I emailed customer service four times asking for a refund, with no response. I then tried speaking to someone on their live chat, to which they eventually responded telling me to email them again, which I did, but still no response. I was originally so impressed with the ring, that I was hoping to order more and recommended them to my friends. Such a shame the non existent customer service ruined my entire experience. Very disappointed, don't order from them!!

Absolutely gorgeous!! The most beautiful pieces of jewellery and got exactly what was asked! I got a mystery bundle and asked for minimalistic and got exactly that! They’re amazing quality and stunning!! If you’re thinking about ordering just do it!! You won’t regret it

Ordered a bracket for mrs, broke after a day, emailed about a replacement - said they’d have to wait for them to come in stock, so asked for a refund. Never got it.
Put a review, they emailed and asked if I’d take it down.

Took a risk as I hadn't heard about this company before and was intreagued by their £50 mystery boxes so treayed myself for my birthday (today)
Gave my ring size and colour jewellery colour preference and waited for my box.
Recieved really quickly and the most beautiful items inside. Mine contained 2 rings, a pair of solitaire earrings, a necklace and a bracelet 😍 was thrilled with every item and they are all something I would have chosen myself, I want to order another one 🙊 they are all packaged beautifully and in seperate boxes so could eaily be split as individual gifts for someone. Will be ordering again, thank you 😊😍

I had the butterfly bracelet 1 for me & 1 for my best freind and both broke within 2 weeks of wearing them! I didn’t bother asking for a refund based on their past reviews of broken items.

Bought a necklace from here and it snapped on the first night of use while at the theatre. Took several attempts to get a response from them to be told they would replace it. I said no I want a refund which they agreed to but said that I was liable for return postage despite the item being faulty. When I questioned them on this I never received a further response from them. I wouldn't purchase from them and avoid at all costs.

I couldn’t believe how beautiful they were every time I wear them I always get compliments they look Great with any outfit The deals I believe were created by angels LOL They’re too good to pass up so i recommend grabbing a deal whilst you can 👌 their surprise box bundles are so much fun because the excitement of not knowing what your gonna get is thrilling and Interesting you also get the choice to notify the company on any enquiries you may have regarding surprise box bundles so this means you can explain if you’re allergic to gold then you can enquire Silver jewellery only you can also leave your ring size and for people who have purchased before and don’t want any duplicates can note down what they already have received so then these duplicates can be avoided, I also like that if you like a piece of jewellery, for instance, I loved their Heart tennis choker necklace they sell and I came across matching earrings and a bracelet which I think is so good as now I can Treat myself to the whole set I am seriously thinking about purchasing over and over until I have every item they sell This company is amazing for birthdays and Christmas The packaging itself is so cute and a forever keep sake You also get the choice to buy packaging individually. I couldn’t recommend this company enough It goes beyond my expectations. I am a forever loyal customer. 💯

I can’t even explain how happy I am with my ring. It’s absolutely stunning. I have been searching for the perfect travel ring for so long but I’ve never been able to find one that doesn’t just look cheep until I came across this brand. The quality is fantastic and the cubic zirconia is just stunning! The silver rings are made from sterling silver and it even has the S925 engraved on the inside so you know it is legit. The ring doesn’t go green and it’s so easy to maintain and keep shiny! Also I’m just going to say the sizing is so perfect too! Also received a free gift with my order and that is absolutely stunning too.

Before finding this brand it was hard for me to find a ring that I really liked but once I saw how BEAUTIFUL this ring was I instantly knew this was the one I wanted!!! My boyfriend bought me a ring for my birthday which I loved. But it only lasted a month before the jewel fell out. He spoke with the team who issued a new one...however only a month again before the same happened with that one. My boyfriend originally filled the form out online and had no response. He messaged them on Instagram where after chasing a couple of times he finally got a response. However....the 2nd time round...he replied back to the message on instagram and again..no response. I messaged them on facebook messenger and got an instant reply to say I could have a return IF it was within 30 days of receiving. No....sorry. The ring hasnt lasted a month. Even if it was 3 months later...I would expect a refund. Having broken TWICE...this is clearly a poorly made product. After going back and forth with the team member, I was told I could have a refund but would first need to re-send the items back AND pay postage. The rings and other products look lovely so I am really, really dissapointed with the service received and it's totally put me off ever buying from them again.

What a beautiful bracelet, packaging was done so nicely in a pink pocket with sleeve saying Hey Gorgeous! My daughter wants one now!

My husband bought me the mystery bundle for my birthday in May and omg the jewellery I received was outstanding and the rings were the perfect fit, I loved everything so much I just ordered another mystery bundle and mystery item.

Very quick service! And quick customer service. When I made my order I forgot to put in my ring size on the notes which was quickly sorted by a member of the team once I’d emailed them! I ordered one of their £50 bundles worth £125 I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by everything I had received I took a gamble and didn’t write down a specific colour as I love a surprise and they did not disappoint their jewellery is fantastic quality and I love the little touches of effort they put into each order, I will definitely be making an order again with them!
