I left a bad review before, because I was under the impression my package was MIA. US customs took 43 days to clear the package, so I really want to apologize. I got my package and I’m really happy now.
This website is 100% legit, they have a very broad range of products and their prices are more reasonable than other German pharmacies. I would give them 5 Stars if they offered an expedited option for an extra upcharge. With all that said I will be ordering again, and I’m sorry for badmouthing you a few weeks ago.

There website states products include VAT then when you go to check out a random "Tax" Is added ontop off the product you are buying, this is a uK website and I was purchasing from within the UK so this random Tax they add ontop is just a complete scam and a waste off time. AVOID!

I have ordered the same product several times now from Pharmasana as, even with the postage, I can get what I need cheaper than I can find on Amazon or a UK supplier

Amazon would deliver quicker of course but I just order a few days earlier. I have always been happy with the delivery, customer service the product and of course, the fact that it's cheaper. I don't understand the bad reviews.

Very fast responses from customer support. Shipping took 5 days to Finland. Overall very pleased with Pharmasana.

I was really worried about my order, because there are so many bad reviews about "it's a scam" etc. But I ordered 2 creams to a UK address, and it arrived within a few days. I could even track my parcel on the website, what they sent me in email.
The delivery price is a bit high, but it's understandable as it's coming from a different country, and I'm really happy that I could buy these products, what I couldn't find in the UK. So I'll definitely buy from here again.

Great pharmacy based in Germany with an additional British homepage. Got exactly what I was looking for. Prompt email confirmation and DHL service.
I would certainly recommend this as many of their products are just not available elsewhere in the UK and with Covid not able to get to Germany. I will make another order.

This seems to be a pharmacy based in Germany with an additional British homepage. I ordered twice already and both times had questions which were answered promptly and competent. The postage to the uk was quick, even in times of Covid and Brexit.

After placing one order promising immediate response, there was none. Only after raising the issue with my credit card company, did the seller despatch the items.

There was little communication and the only one I received AFTER raising the complaint with my card provider. The response from "pharmasana" seemed hasty and comprised spelling errors.

The items were despatched equally hastily, arriving with a customs declared value of €96 (!!!) even though the "invoice" advised that the value was "£28.89" (at worst €29). Even worse, the entire shipment was declared as "Warenmuster" (=example of merchandise). Why?
Weird!!

Would never dare to order again.

After an initial hiccup (delay of order confirmation email), I was overall extremely pleased with the wide choice of German products, the competitive pricing and the friendly service. Delivery across EU border (even after Brexit) was extremely fast and smooth, no additional customs expense. I will definitely use them again.

OVERCHARGING ON DISPATCH CHARGES
I bought Doppelherz Augen Plus 60 tabs x 4 The price was £62.16 incl tax excl delivery. The tab for delivery showed Euro12.95 = £11.61 Total should be £73.77. The confimation email invoice showed £81.87 (order number 200128739). There is a serious lack of price transparency. I will be looking elsewhere for my next order

This is a scam I from Chile and I bought some medicines they give me a tracking number with delivery to correspon to Germany and the didnt respond my messages. They are fake

It happened to me

This is my second order with Pharmasana. I ordered liquid Vitamin C ampoulles which are unavailable in the UK. Delivery took only three days from Germany despite the busy Christmas period and the ampoulles were icepacked to keep their integrity. I don't receive such an efficient service in the UK from Pharma companies.

Actually I am very happy with the service, ordered Fluomizin second time, very quick delivery, that what I needed. Shipping costs £10 but truly I don't mind as it's coming from Germany and is just 1,5 day waiting time.

When I reviewed my Statement from July I found the company had overcharged me by £5.50. Not a lot but a simple thing to rectify. My invoice stated that I had been charged £125.96 and this was the grand total. In fact, they charged me £131.46 instead.
I contacted them 3 times since August and haven't heard a thing. They say on their website that they will contact immediately, so I should have expected a call or email from them. Neither happened and they still haven't been in touch. I emailed them each time through their site so no reason not to contact. I paid through PayPal and will contact them now. I have my copy of the Grand Total invoice so it should be simple. It appears this will be simpler than contacting the company for the excess money they took from my account.
