I have been a customer of Pharmasana Germany for 8yrs plus. Goods are shipped promptly and arrive packaged very well. I've only had one incident where some of my ampoules were damaged. The matter was dealt with in a timely manner and the ampoules were replaced. Great reliable company.

I purchase online from Canada. Pharmasana carries the two anti-homotoxicology product lines I need. Prices are fair. They have an excellent amount of product in stock. Service is prompt. I am prepared for the 6-8 weeks it takes to arrive to my rural location. Canadian Customs is where things get a bit bogged down. It's important to be prepared for a lag time of up to 2 months because shipment travels by ship to Canada. I rely on Pharmasana for the very products that keep my health problems in check and which keep me from deteriorating. Thank you for being reliable. Long time, loyal client.

I was worried reading the feedback on ordering to UK but had a great experience. Customer services reassured me they would sort the customs out ( best to keep below £100 to avoid charges) The medications arrived within a week and I am delighted with the service and how easy it was to communicate with them. They do not seem to understand shipping basics, that the buyer is responsible for what is written in customs declaration form - nor understand my tax situation - i order from all over the world, and never had 1 problem, every month i get 5-6 parcels in supplement or similar.

I would avoid dealing with pharmasana - not only were the team extremely rude, with no intention to understand - and almost treated me like i am doing something illegal - when its clearly LAW THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE NOT THE SENDER!!!

I would stay clear and away from this company - as they do not know what customer service is, should you run into a problem.

I ordered from this company 14/01/2025 one Item 2 times and paid £175 including shipping charge.The parcel force charges me £44 for customs.They could advise me before I submit my order for customs charges so I would make my order lower than £135 so I wouldn't pay customs.I could easily make 2 orders to avoid customs charges.paying £44 customs for medication is stealing money from people.I do not happy with service.I also ordered because I thought they are from UK.they website Pharmasana Uk.How I know they aren't in UK

Super quick delivery(especially since it's being delivered from Germany) and amazing selection. Thanks a lot, it's really hard to buy some of these supplements in the UK. Also, the customer service is super helpful, nice and responds quickly.
