Annual service

Annual service carried out on our Dyson vacuum cleaner. Originally scheduled for last month but delayed by PHC. Engineer, Mark, was friendly and personable. He completed the service quickly and efficiently including a seal replacement. Will continue with the service plan to keep the appliance working well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Ross at PHC!

I just had my annual vacuum service done on my Dyson DC24 Root Cyclone upright, and Ross from PHC absolutely exceeded expectations. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Dyson system. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out a couple of small issues before they became big problems, and made sure everything was running at peak performance before he left.

My vacuum now works better than the day it was bought—seriously! The suction is fantastic, the roller is smooth, and it feels brand-new again. It’s clear that Ross takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering top-tier service.

If you need any maintenance or repairs on your Dyson, I can’t recommend Ross enough. PHC is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be requesting him again next year!

My “New” Dyson

Thanks to Ross who serviced my old Dyson vacuum cleaner and replaced worn parts, ensuring I was kept informed throughout. Result is my old vacuum cleaner. now works like new.

Yearly service carried out on our Dyson

Yearly service carried out on our Dyson vacuum cleaner. Engineer completed the service quickly, replaced the filter and replaced our broken extension wand. Back to working good as new. Well worth paying for the service plan to keep the appliance looked after.

Great service for Dysons

I was really concerned when my Dyson stopped working, because they're not to cheap to replace. Booking the appt was easy and the engineer gave my Dyson a thorough service/clean and solved the issue. Well worth the money (mine was a dead battery)

Good service but expensive spares

Jack arrived promptly and was very polite. Did a thorough clean on my Dyson vac. However it needed a new part, but cost from PHC was around £50 more expensive than buying direct from Dyson (£210 rather than £160) which is rather an excessive markup IMO especially as it’s an easy part to fit myself. I’d have paid a little more for the convenience but not that much. I’ve opted to source direct from Dyson!

Hello, Hatty, thank you for your feedback. Regarding finding the parts cheaper elsewhere unfortunately you are not comparing apples with apples. The price of a part advertised online is purely that. The cost of the bare part. It does not take into account the cost of having an engineer visit your home to diagnose a fault, correctly identify which parts are required, supplying the part, fitting the part and providing a twelve-month warranty on the part. In fact, it is so expensive to provide mobile service engineers that Dyson no longer have any field service engineers at all.

We were extremely satisfied … very happy customers !!!

We were extremely satisfied with the service completed by Ross. Ross took the time to clearly explain what parts needed to be replaced and the reason why. What was also impressive is that Ross keeps a stock of all spares and therefore the repair was completed in the one visit made. Ross also introduced us to the annual service programme which is a great idea.

Before Ross arrived our Dyson Vacuum sounded terrible, more like an tractor and when he left it sounded brand new. We are fine for another year, actually if we have an issue it is covered under the annual service programme - win win!!

Great all round!

It was great that they came and did it outside so there's no mess in the house.
There could be more transparency with the pricing of the extras. But overall friendly and great experience- hoover looks like new!
