Tyler, the service engineer, was extremely polite,very efficient ,and knows everything about the Dyson v10
He arrived on time, and made the necessary repair to the vacuum and gave it a service that made it look and work like new. Iwas extremely pleased

Efficient and pleasant Service engineer.
John, our designated engineer was punctual and efficient in servicing our x2Dyson cleaners. He was polite and
informative about what he was doing as he dismantled and cleaned each component.
We discussed the longevity of these cleaners and he was reassuring.
He was tidy, cleared up after his work and we were pleased that other than replacement filters, covered by our monthly subscription, no further work was required. Thank you.

I was happy with my Dyson service today , Jon was polite, quick and efficient and left my Dyson looking as good as when I bought it. Highly recommend having a yearly service it keeps it in tip top condition.
