Fast efficient supply & fit of new handle

Always a great professional team. Today Jack called to service our Dyson. He was polite, knowledgeable and informative.

The engineer, Ross was early. He identified the problem just about immediately and corrected it just as quickly.
Overall, Ross was efficient at his work and very pleasant.

Informative efficient polite young man

The engineer Mark arrived earlier than the appointment time and completed the service within an hour. He was very courteous and polite, at the completion of the service he cleaned the work area, leaving no trace of any debris taken from the machine.

It's a mixed picture. No issues with the work of the mechanic. Efficiency knowledge & tidiness tip top. Also polite.
However the pricing of spare parts is my issue. I was charged £49.99 for a part (exhaust filter) for my Sebo upright X series.
On researching last night I found the exact same on offer from various websites including Sebo and Amazon as well as other dealer companies . Not one charged more than £20 while some were as low as £5.95!
I have called PHC this morning and am waiting for an explanation.

Excellent pleasant efficient service, Miele repaired and good for another 17 years. Really nice engineer. Just excellent service, would recommend PHC to anyone and everyone.

Wow I have had the best customer service possible. I have an Oreck lightweight hoover which stopped working and had to have a new motor. This was very difficult to get, whilst trying to source motor
I was kept in touch every step of the way by engineer Tom. I am to say after a while waiting for bits I have my machine back, freshly delivered by Tom, thank you for your amazing service, can highly recommend this company.

Our 9 year old Miele C3 Cat & Dog was serviced by Ross. In about 45 mins he completely dismantled, cleaned and serviced it. It is restored to its former glory and out performs the new one that I'd bought to replace it. The service was efficient, exceptional value and well worth it. I highly recommend.

Really happy with the service. My engineer was called Daniel. Very polite and professional. He arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of which parts needed replacing and why. All failing parts were replaced within 45 minutes. My Dyson looks brand new and is fully functioning again.

The engineer was efficient, effective, honest and friendly. He did a great job cleaning and servicing the vacuum cleaners.

Ross is very respectful of being in your house. He’s great at talking you through problems with your hoovers and is very Knowledgeable. He also has fantastic customer service which is very rare nowadays.
