You sent me the wrong car
You sent me the wrong car. I wrote to you and everything is going very slowly. When will I be able to receive my correct order?
Ultimately, if I don't learn anything by the end of this week, I'll ask for a refund.

Wasn't really aware of the company before but I looked them up online and everything seemed legit. I shouldn't have worried because they're a fantastic company. Super competitive pricing, fast despatch and very good packaging. Just made my second purchase from them and plan to make many more.
