Phizz was scientifically formulated to be the most comprehensive formula of hydration, vitamins and minerals out there. Our vegan and GMO-free tablets help you make the most of your water and take on your day no matter what it holds, from exercise to travel to work. Phizz also believes in taking care of our earth, and your purchases helps us achieve that. Phizz tubes are recyclable, yet we've gone a step further with Plastic Bank to become plastic positive. For each tube of Phizz sold, approximately 6 times its weight in plastic waste is collected, recycled and prevented from entering our oceans.

Phizzing along
I use use Phizz during exercise and it helps significantly, over others I have used. It also helps to have a glass when not exercising. It seems to improve my mental alertness. Bought it because it it has vits and minerals and no artificial sweetners.

Stumbled across these after several races as freebies along with the usual banana. Have to say I now insist on taking them to rehydrate after a long run of which I'm currently using while training for the London marathon 2022. Have to say they also work a treat with a hangover.

Arrived quickly and well packaged BUT
Arrived quickly and well packaged but, doesn't stay effervescent for long, doesn't taste great and I can't say it's been very effective as I have noticed no real before/after difference. BTW I don't smoke, drink or take recreational drugs, I also avoid sugar so I don't have a system loaded down with substances.

Been taking for 2 weeks now,... i drink alcohol every night, my sleep is now brilliant undisturbed, i feel a lot calmer and my thoughts are more focused.
The only downside is i feel extremely tired, from morning till night. there seems to be no wizz in my phizz. I must also mention i now drink less alcohol because iam calmer and only drink 1 bottle of water a night instead of three since taking these tablets, i dont know whats to make of it!

Hi Carl, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are so glad to hear that Phizz has helped increase your focus and better your sleep. Dehydration, especially from alcohol, can have significant effects, including a decrease in cognitive performance, mental and physical tiredness, irritability and changes in mood. Our rehydration formula hydrates 3 times more than water alone, as well as 18 multivitamins and 4 key electrolytes, helps to combat these symptoms and get you feeling your best. We hope you continue to make Phizz a part of your daily routine. As a young and growing business, your support is immensely appreciated!
