I had an issue with the car electrics…
I had an issue with the car electrics and the team at Phoenix car keys suggested that the problem is due to the car fob not responding. When the repair guy arrived he made me a new fob but the problem with the electrics was still persisted. I was charged for something I did not need. Absolutely rubbish service.

Thanks for your review. Just to clarify the situation — you asked us to attend as you hoped a new key would resolve the issue. We advised clearly in advance that, due to the electrical faults present on the vehicle, we could not guarantee that a new key would fix the underlying problem. You were given a quote on a non-guaranteed basis, which you accepted before we attended.
Our locksmith travelled to you, cut and programmed a new key as requested, and the service was carried out correctly. Unfortunately, if the vehicle has deeper electrical issues, a key alone cannot resolve those, and it wouldn’t be possible to provide this service for free in those circumstances.
We genuinely wish you the very best in getting the vehicle’s electrical problems sorted, and we’re always happy to help with any key-related issues in the future.

Remote central locking fob programmed for grey import van
We had had no luck at all trying to source the right wavelength fob for our grey import Nissan NV350 van from Japan. Bought a fob online which proved to be useless. Our van had arrived in the UK without its remote central locking key. One call to Phoenix got it all sorted out for us and, within the space of a few days, their recommended local autolocksmith, Daniel, had called to the house and programmed the new central locking fob successfully.

I would like to say the woman I spoke to was very polite, well mannered and was a woman of her words. each thing that was said to me was done within a short space of time. The key cut specialist was punctual and had very good knowledge of his job that he goes about the country delivering positive work and good energy to his customers. I was very happy with the price I was given to pay. Great customer service!

I spoke to a very helpful lady called Carla. Who actually saved the day for me and talked me through the fault I’d made. After a 4 minute call my car was open again. Honest advice for simple key fob not working
Had a problem with my Discovery Sport key system and couldn't work out why there were issues starting the vehicle. Put in new batteries but still no joy - phoned Carla at PCK who suggested the new duracell batteries I'd installed were often an issue as they have child proof stickers left on that interrupt the signal. Problem solved and much hassle and cost averted! Thank you so much great advice.

Excellent customer service and successful job
I lost my main key and found out my spare key wasn’t working for my push start keyless car. After contacting Phoenix car keys, they responded quickly to my messages and questions as well as being informative over the phone. They booked me in a reliable locksmith just a day after requesting, who came on time and got the job done within a couple of hours. Both my new keys have been tested and are working perfectly. Everything was explained and shown to me. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others and use again if I need to (hopefully I won’t lose my keys again though).

Shaun was brilliant
Nightmare scenario getting out of the van locking up and then remembering ur car keys inside so u go to unlock the van and my remote key has stopped working. The key doesn’t work in the door lock as well. Arghhhh.
Shaun came out promptly got straight to it and explained what he was doing. He got in through the door with no damage then programmed a key in for me and away I was. Got my car keys wallet and parcel out and back up and running.
Would defo recommend them cheapest around and came out within hour and half to sort.

CAR BARRELI had problem wth my car ignition…
I had problem wth my car ignition barrel.i rang this company in the morning & a very polite gentleman named Albert came & fixed this.he explained the problem & I was very happy as didn't realise ,it cud be resolved so quickly.i felt the price was reasonable & just want to thank Carla & I forgot the other lady's name & of course Albert.im sure to let others know about this company,if they ever get stuck wth their car.

Zen arrived drove from London to Bristol and replaced the barrel, things were done promptly and professionally.

Ignition jam
I had a sticky car key for a couple of days and it stuck on Sat morning. We contacted Phoenix who rang me promptly to arrange a call out. They gave me the price on the phone so I knew what it would cost before I agreed to the job. Shaun came out the same day, replaced the ignition and provided two new keys at the roadside. VERY pleased.

On the Road Again…
After being let down by many Locksmiths I luckily came across Phoenix. Amy was so kind, helpful and understanding and she made my day as I thought I'd have to scrap the car. She explained all so well and got in touch with Technician Albert who got to me the next morning, much quicker than I was expecting.
Albert was lovely, cheerful and helpful and a Great Locksmith. He sorted the faulty ignition barrel and got the car moving again after it had been idle for months.
I could not ask for better service and I would highly recommend Phoenix and give them all my Thanks.
