Exceptional knowledge and so helpful, genuinely bends over backwards to help other people learn and become better therapists/versions of themselves

An amazing training experience from Phoenix. Both Louise and Michelle make you feel very welcome from the moment you enquire about the course. The pre-course material is professional and easy to use and the in person course was excellent. Would highly recommend

I found Louise’s masterclass on why every therapist needs a landing page super helpful. I gained so much knowledge that I didn’t have before the session - I had no idea you could include so much information on them! I now know how to set up a free landing page including all the relevant information for my business, and I felt comfortable to ask any questions throughout. Thanks Louise!

Lovely relaxed day yesterday, reflexology CPD and treatment swaps. Really good to meet with a group of therapists to share ideas and learning facilitated by Louise and Michelle from Phoenix. Looking forward to the next session.

Yesterday I went on a Phoenix Swap day and although I was very nervous I was made to feel relaxed very quickly. This swap day with Phoenix gave me the confidence to move my business forward and see how I can help others much more. Thankyou for a very helpful day.

Great course on pricing strategy. Some good analogies to aid in the understanding. Would attend future sessions.

The therapist was amazing and the ‘staff’ were welcoming and professional.

I have just completed the main dui facial reflexology course with the wonderful Michelle who presented the information in a practical and fun way. Being able to work on clients whilst she observed and supported us really helped with developing my confidence. The rest of the group had varying levels of experience and this really helped to get us working together under Michelle’s guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle if you are interested in developing your skills as a therapist.

Phoenix was very welcoming &very professional , I enjoyed my experience with them definitely 100% go back.

I attended the masterclass on reflexology for those living with cancer at phoenix. What an absolute fantastic team, set up and tutors. The day was brilliant, informative, well led, brilliantly taught. The information given was fantastic and we were taught in a calming and relaxed manner. I will definitely return to phoenix for all of my CPD training and highly recommend

Phoenix was the place where I began my complementary therapy career. Reflexology then Mian dui & recently pediology. Phoenix’s also provided me with great business advice for business set up & growth in a friendly professional & approachable non judgmental manner. Ongoing support really helpful when moving into self employment.

Excellent reflexology session. I definitely drifted off, very relaxing.

I trained as a reflexologist with Phoenix 6 years ago. This was at a time of great change in my life. Little did I know then how my journey with them would evolve.
Today I have undertake courses in Indian Head Massage, Mian Dui, Crystal Chakraology, Crystal Chakrafusion, reflexology to support pregnancy and reflexology to support those living with cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
At 52 years of age I never in a million years thought I’d be able to achieve all this.
With Phoenix’s guide and support, not only have they trained me to become a complementary therapist, but also assisted me in building my own business.
Their knowledge of all aspects of treatments and business is second to none, as is their willingness for each and every one of their therapists to achieve and succeed their end goal.

I have completed numerous courses with Phoenix. Everyone has been amazing, the training you receive is above & beyond any other training school. There is a genuine care for your success with continued support even once the course is complete. Thank you so much I’ve met some lovely people & phoenix have created a wonderful chapter in my life 😊

Phoenix Holistic and Complementary Therapy Training are the best! I completed my level 3 in reflexology under the exceptional care and professional guidance of Phoenix and it was one of the best choices I made. The training was first class, comprehensive and thorough.
I have subsequently completed a number of other courses, attended webinars and meet up days with Phoenix and continue to be delighted by the quality of service they provide. Most recently I completed their Mian Dui Facial Uplift and Reflexology masterclass which was beyond brilliant.

Another amazing experience at Phoenix whilst completing the Mian Dui course with Michelle.
The course materials and online learning provided prior to the course were easy to follow and informative.
Communication prior to the course was second to none and nothing too much trouble.
The course itself was just the best! I was made to feel so welcome by Michelle and the other candidates, the facilities were impressive and the course itself was AWESOME 🤩
I learnt so much from Michelle who was so knowledgeable 12/10 would recommend to all!

PediOlogy treatment was excellent, therapist was very thorough, only down side was it was getting a bit noisy from the other clients chatting, but it didn’t spoil my treatment it just wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been.

After the treatment my feet looked and felt lovely. Had a lovely therapist who was very knowledgeable and made my visit really enjoyable and relaxing.

Lovely practitioner who carried out my treatment. Really enjoyed the experience.

Wonderful relaxing treatment, Thank you
