Training courses at Phoenix are at highest level. The programmes are amazingly flexible so that you can manage to balance your work and home life with study. Teaching is excellent, and also enjoyable. The classes are a safe space to learn and ask questions. There are no stupid questions and support is unwavering. Recommend 100%.

The Phoenix Discovery day was fantastic! I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in a career in complementary therapy. The whole day was relaxed, informative and hands on, which I loved. Michelle and Louise were very welcoming and down to earth. They outlined what was on offer and how they work and support you throughout your learning.
I am now on week five of the reflexology course and loving it!
Thanks Michelle and Louise

I found Phoenix whilst looking for courses in Reflexology and they were the only place I found that offered a free Discovery Day, to get a feel for the course before signing up.
It was so helpful to come along, meet Louise & Michelle, meet some like-minded people and actually have a go at the treatments to see if it was something I actually liked and felt comfortable with. The world of complementary therapies is all new to me!
The Discovery Day led to me signing up to the course, which so far is really interesting and I'm really enjoying. I'm very excited to see where it takes me!

Fantastic taster session with wonderful tutors who make you feel welcome and supported . I felt I have learnt new skills which I will use on family and friends.

The reflexology to support those living with cancer course for qualified Reflexologist’s is excellent. Extremely informative with pre classroom homework to make sure all attendees had an awareness of cancer and cancer treatments. I would recommend this course to all Reflexologist’s looking to support clients living with cancer. The protocols are gentle, kind and very supportive and you will immediately know other clients and situations you will be able to introduce these protocols. Highly recommend. Thank you to Michelle for designing an excellent course.

I attended a new post graduate course today - Reflexology to support those living with cancer and other life limiting conditions. Michelle has written a fantastic 1 day course, which provides all the background knowledge needed and a wonderful reflexology treatment to offer clients who are living with cancer and life limiting conditions Always lots of opportunity to chat and share experiences, which is always invaluable. A great course with sone lovely like minded ladies. Thank you Phoenix. Xxx

I am currently training with Phoenix and best decision I made. They are professional and so supportive. I am very grateful for their guidance - especially when considering embarking on a new career and future.

I trained at phoenix in 2010-2012 to complete my level 2 & 3 beauty therapy courses and it was the best thing I ever did. Fast forward to now I am running a successful business of my own & also manage a high end beauty salon which without phoenix I would not have had the confidence or skills to do. I had the honour of the owner Louise teaching me for some of my training as well as Rachel , Lynn & Karen. The training was very thorough and I felt confident in everything I was taught. They had the latest products , machines & techniques always available to us. The classes are small meaning you really did get a personal experience. I highly recommend choosing Phoenix for the first step in your career.

Loved all my training at Phoenix and I very much enjoy helping other learners gain the practice they need whilst having a relaxing treatment at the same time!

I did my reflexology training at Phoenix and have just completed a 2 day CPD course in Mian Dui. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation at all - professional, knowledgeable, warm and supportive. The fact I travelled down from Anglesey to do the 2 day course says it all!

Thanks again to Louise and Michelle!

The whole setup is excellent from the administration to the actual teaching of the disciplines that the student have chosen. Competent, friendly and very helpful as you progress. In fact you become part of the Phoenix family of therapists that you can always refer too for information or assistance during your career.

I did my City & Guilds Diploma in Reflexology through Phoenix and highly recommend them. To Louise and Michelle - thank you so much for the tools and support you have given me to start my business! I was able to hit the ground running as soon as I qualified and look forward to returning for CPD courses. Thanks again!

I am completing my reflexology training with Phoenix, really positive experience.
Very good facilities and teaching, small classes which allow individual support. Very good support in between classes and when working independently on my case studies. Would highly recommend.

I embarked on my Reflexology journey last year and Phoenix have been so supportive, encouraging and flexible. I have since also completed Indian Head Massage and Mian Dui courses and made lots of friends and mentors along the way. I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix to anyone interested in Alternative Therpies xx
