Honestly cannot thank Robert McDonald enough for all he's done for me.
From all the in depth information he's given me, from all the nagging I've done with him I'm honestly so greatful.
I feel such sense of relief already and it's all down to him!

Robert made things really easy to understand. I am severely disabled, ended up in a bad place with finances thanks to some manipulative exs but this gentleman has helped me sort things out into a way less payment thats gonna help sort me right out

Ryan extremely rude , avoid this agent , will constantly call your phone even when told at work. Definitely getting commission. Telling a client 'no messing about' . Appalling especially if the company takes 60% of the monthly payment

They are constantly calling and texting, despite me numerous times telling them I am NOT interested in their services.

Again this morning, a text, a call and a voicemail, of which was 15 seconds of heavy BREATHING..how creepy are you as a company? Nothing professional about them.

I recently spoke with Harrison Hogan regarding setting up an IVA, and I can honestly say he made what felt like an overwhelming situation so much easier to manage. From the very first conversation, Harrison was professional, confident, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to understand my circumstances and found the best possible solution for me.

What really stood out was how friendly, welcoming, and non-judgemental he was throughout the process. He addressed all my worries and questions the same day, keeping me updated at every step and making sure I fully understood everything before moving forward.

Harrison was always available when I needed support, worked on my case all week, even until the late evening which made such a difference during what could have been a very stressful time. I genuinely felt like he cared about helping me, not just completing a job.

I have not used this company however there is a reason for this.

After filling out the forms I waited for them to contact me. They texted to say they tried to phone me but unable to reach me. I checked my call history and I hadn't received any calls from anyone that day.

This was a huge red flag for me if they can't contact me on a number they texted me on then how are they going to help me with my finances?

Making a phone call is basics like 101 basic.

I won't be using this company.

I finally got approved for my IVA, it wouldn’t have happened with Shaun’s help. He talked me through everything, and every time I had a question, he didn’t mind helping me at all.

I reached out to Phoenix Insolvency for help with debt support and spoke with a representative named Harrison Hogan. Unfortunately, my experience was not reassuring at all. From the beginning, I found the communication abrupt and dismissive. When I asked basic and completely reasonable questions about who would be handling my case, whether they were a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and their regulatory details, I was repeatedly directed back to their website instead of being given a clear answer.

As a company claiming to help people in financial difficulty, I expected transparency and reassurance, not resistance to straightforward questions. I did not feel supported or confident in the process, and the attitude I received made me very uncomfortable about proceeding any further.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Phoenix Insolvency to anyone seeking clear guidance, empathy or transparency during a vulnerable time.

Well where do I start…a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders!! Harry was more than helpful he guided me gave me the best advice and was truly fantastic through it all. I was ever so nervous and he put me at ease straight away. Can’t thank him enough.
