I received Good Customer Service from an Advisor Harshikha Boodhun which I spoke to about an enquiry. I also received Good Customer Service from other Advisors before it is a good company if want to do an IVA and other debt related stuff.

Called Ebenegate today to confirm my IVA payments were complete and final, Ruth Sefali took me through the closure process and answered all my questions. Never had an issue with anyone at Ebenegate, always very helpful over the phone and by email.

I spoke to a lovely lady today called Vidsha, she was very polite and caring. She put my mind at ease, as I was getting emails and phone calls from the creditors. She explained exactly what would she would do and said she would send them a email. Ebengate are a company I would definitely recommend. Vidsha emailed me straight away to let me know she had done what she said she would and not to hesitate to contact them again.
