I rang up Ebenegate to request an acknowledgement that I had completed all my payments. I spoke to Yuvranee. she took control of my enquiry and was able to help with my query confirming that all payments had been made and the next steps. I received an email with all the information I needed and feel I was treated really well.

Neelesh was great on the phone today and resolved my issues instantly, had a great demeanour about him.

If I could give zero stars I would they don't answer your emails and are completely unwilling to help once they've set your IVA up absolutely disgusting considering I've mention I have servere mental health issues on multiple occasions!!!
