A great place to to get you on a motorbike
Brilliant teaching methods, good location, bikes are very well maintained. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I used initially for my CBT. I stayed on the 125 for 14 months then went back for the big bike taster. After that I done my DAS through Phoenix. It was very easy to book everything was clear and easy. A massive shout out to Julian, amazing instructor and a credit to the company.

Its all about the instructor, Ben was awesome, patient, and very thorough. You can see and hear he is passionate about bikes. Extremely friendly too...if you're going to learn come here.

Completed a basic off ride traing course at the ABR motorcycle festival. Training was excellent with really good trainers and bikes.

Instructors were great
I did a Try Ride and a pre-CBT before my actual CBT, all with Phoenix. These courses really helped and gave me great confidence. Liam and David were both really supportive and they never made me feel stupid! I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone.

We’re pleased to see from your instructor’s report that you successfully completed your CBT session and demonstrated solid riding ability—particularly your engagement during training, good road sense, and strong control on the pad. We also appreciate the effort you made in working through some communication challenges over the radio, which is not uncommon as radio technology on bike to bike is not the clearest.
Your comments regarding our instructors, staff, and policies are taken seriously but from your feedback we cannot work out what your issues are, as nothing was highlighted at the time. Jon was an absolutely fantastic…
Jon was an absolutely fantastic instructor. Very patient, very encouraging. He was incredibly conscious of the fact we were CBT'ing on the hottest day of the year in 42 degree heat and allowed for lots of water breaks and took the classroom sessions in the shade rather than the hot classroom. Highly recommend Phoenix and Jon for completing your CBT. Hopefully will get him for when I book in for my full license
