Tfeed had a bug that caused the combine to fail. Would like a refund due to product failure

This was my first withdrawal after passing the assessment. You claimed that I used the Martingale strategy, which violated the rules, and deducted the amount I applied to withdraw. Starting from December 5th, I switched to scalping trading to achieve the daily profit target of $100. However, after making profits for 4 consecutive days, I found that the system had reset my record of consecutive profitable days to zero. Why did this happen? I need a reasonable explanation.

This I only a review based on response. I had an issue with data and support was super fast in helping me resolve it.

So far ok at best, a number of things to correct. 2 days in, complicated workflow as the intention (copy trading to 4 prop firms, ProjectX, Rithmic and DXFeed). Thor is not working after hours of work on it. Signed up for ATAS, no mention of it and no way to get the subscription that I can find, Will need to spend some time with tech support to solve these issues and some more. Basic trading so far went close to as planned based on DXFeed working correctly. Hopefully it gets to where I want it to operate as a copy trading hub par excellence

Phoenix Trader Funding has some of the best prop program options available to fit a variety of experience levels. They are head and shoulders above the competition and I look forward to working with them for a long time. Even better, they have very responsive support if you run into any problems. Highly recommended and so glad to see them bring the prop offerings to the next level.

Clear instructions. I did need to go over twice but they are thorough. The appeal to an international community is great because we plan to move from the U.S. to France.

They got a great website, and a smooth onboarsing process.

Loved this firm!!! I like the idea of giving us access to ATAS (full featured) and Quantower (limited) both of which is my preferred platform.
I plan to purchase more accounts from them in the future.

I first off must admit that I have not been trading for years like a lot of you, But I am up in years and one thing that I do have experience in is customer service. With Phoenix trader every time I've had an issue I've gotten an all inclusive answer to my issues not a run around just straight to the point. They were patient with me in setting up my multiple accounts also. I have definitely found a home for my trading. Thank you Phoenix for this opportunity that you're team is providing for us traders. Firms like this is what the industry needs. With the three different types of accounts offered here along with the outstanding customer service ask yourself...WHY WOULD I NOT TRADE HERE??

Phoenix Trader tech support rises from the ashes of a tier 2 landscape laid waste by lack of A+ understanding. Well done and I look forward to trading with them for a while.

I tested the MERIT account. At first, I was excited that a company was doing something different with traders, but it was pure illusion. After 30 positive trading days, the report came back inconclusive, which is where the catch comes in. Mr. Leon asked to trade for another 14 days, and guess what? Because it gave a WINRATE/DAY of 96.6% and look what they say:

"YOUR CATEGORY IS UNDEFINED.
By far the rarest category, less than 1% of traders are assigned to this category because you don't fit our classic trader models. This doesn't mean that you're in fact a bad trader, but simply that, in our
opinion, you have a truly unconventional style.
What did we base this category on?
There's really no need to justify it, you just don't fall into our standard models.

So I conclude that it was just a waste of time. The good thing is that the transactions are replicated to my live account.

I've had a positive experience with this prop firm. The 24/7 support is responsive and was always there when I faced any issues — even during critical moments. I successfully passed the Merit practical test by sticking to my strategy and solid risk management, and the firm's structure definitely helped. It's a great option for traders who have a defined system and focus on consistency. They're constantly improving the user experience, which shows real commitment to their traders.

Upon completing their Merit Account with very nice results of 30% consistency, only 1-2 losing days, and greats stats that back that I deserve the funding, I was IMMEDIATELY DENIED for “too much money made”. They preach the making too much money is less significant than consistency but I had both, very nice returns + 30% consistency in total PNL. Upon appealing the CEO Leon, he strictly said it was unrealistic and downplayed my efforts for the month I had put into the challenge. Through an immense amount haggling and complaining, I still got denied and proved no real valid reason to denying my funding. They then proceeded to ban me from their server after sharing the truth. To the CEO, it was very frustrating and sad to see that you failed to reason with me and blocked the truth from people trying this account and wasting my time. Do not try their accounts cause you can “make too much” and get denied. 🙅🏻‍♂️ STAY AWAY!
