Upon completing their Merit Account with very nice results of 30% consistency, only 1-2 losing days, and greats stats that back that I deserve the funding, I was IMMEDIATELY DENIED for “too much money made”. They preach the making too much money is less significant than consistency but I had both, very nice returns + 30% consistency in total PNL. Upon appealing the CEO Leon, he strictly said it was unrealistic and downplayed my efforts for the month I had put into the challenge. Through an immense amount haggling and complaining, I still got denied and proved no real valid reason to denying my funding. They then proceeded to ban me from their server after sharing the truth. To the CEO, it was very frustrating and sad to see that you failed to reason with me and blocked the truth from people trying this account and wasting my time. Do not try their accounts cause you can “make too much” and get denied. 🙅🏻‍♂️ STAY AWAY!

Right now Phoenix trader funding is the best future prop firm in the future trading industry, top notch support and top notch platform they are providing to trader to trade, love it ❤❤

I had an issue understanding quant tower and Neo was very quick to respond and assist me.

I was selected to receive a merit account in March and I have received 2 payouts to date. It's worth the nominal cost to complete the assessment. 5$ to get a 500$ live funded account. You can't beat it

I think their merit accounts are very useful and game changer in the industry. I gained significantly from the merit account experience though I did not get selected- i kind of regretted not trading more on that opportunity as i only did like 10days out of the 30 that was offered-- it was a good experience and iwent on to get an account with them -i knew they were not the cheapest and their rules are also not as easy to pass - i think they are looking at significantly long term business plan to get real traders on board- well that has been my experience. and i kind of like their dashboard simple and not too complicated. they are on discord and pretty consistent in their approach and support so i had no issues with them. i havent passed any accounts but i feel they are reliable. keep up the good work.

I had a 50k funded account and I made $6424 withing the 1st 10 days of trading and I requested a $2000 payout on February 27, 2025.
I received an email on March 3rd with the subject: "There's an issue with your Phoenix Payout" and two reasons of denial: "Martingales + Overnight"!
These two reasons are false because:
1- I don't know what does it mean Martingales as a trading strategy and I don't know how to use it.
2- I close all my positions within NY session.

Therefore, I reached out to support team via Discord and Phoenix CEO responded to my ticket after reviewing my request that:
1- The reasons provided in the letter are not correct;
2- But I do not qualify for the payment for other reasons!!!
3- The CEO closed my account instantly!
The CEO provided a list of transactions that I can't verify or confirm as the Rithmic Platform does not allow you to produce report and my account was closed!

Clearly Phoenix saw that I made more than the maximum profit linked to the 50k account which is $6000 for 30 trading days. Or I made $6424 within 10 trading days only.

For me, the CEO behavior of closing my account before even discuss with me was disrespectful!
The letter received with the reasons of denial was assessed by the CEO as INCORRECT. This by itself it shows you the rigor of their assessment!

In conclusion, Phoenix owe me $6424 that I gained fairly. If they don't pay me, they're thieves and scammers.

Edit: March 15th, 2025 A response to the CEO response!
1- Reasons of denial:
1.1- Martingale strategy:
a) In the Prop Firm industry, they call it "Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA)" and it's allowed by at least the Prop firms I'm funded with: BluSky; Apex; Elite.
Here is an article in Investopedia, among many other articles, that says, I quote "Forex trading is more well-suited to this type of strategy than for stock trading or casino gambling."

1.2- Overnight:
A regular trading day is from 6 p.m. to 5 p.m. NY times for all Prop Firms. So there is always an overlap of two calendar date.
You mentioned that I had an overnight. This is false! I close all my positions before NY session closes (i.e., before 5 p.m.).
Indeed for one day I opened 6E position during Asian session and let it go until NY session which by calendar time it has two calendar date but it's still within the same trading day!
2- Evaluation Versus Funded Rules
If the rules are the same between the Evaluation phase and Funded, hence I did trade during Asian session up to NY session which you consider an overnight and you did not stop me from getting up to the Funded phase.
Also, I applied the Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) or the Martingale in your language during the Evaluation phase, but again you granted me a Funded account!
Clearly you've an inconsistency in the rules between the two phases of Evaluation and Funded! This is a trap!
3- Profit gained:
You recognize that I made $6424 and I was entitled to $2000 payout, except you denied it for your reasons!
If I continued trading and you did not close my account, I would be entitled to the full $6000.
This said, I insist that you owe me at least $2000 and I invite you to honor our agreement.
4- Never denial with no reason!
My case is a proof that you denied me for unjustified reasons: be it you have an inconsistent rules between evaluation and funded phases; or as I explained above the Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) is accepted in the Industry and trading day must include two calendar date.
Finally, I hope that you correct your mistake and system of rules if you would like that Phoenix be sustainable and trustful player in this industry. Otherwise, very soon you will be rejected as traders discover this scam.

All these reviews are misleading, because this company promises to give free accounts to anyone who gives good reviews here. It's all a lie, because traders who are consistent in the market don't waste their time with this company. Only no money traders get a free evaluation. Be careful. You are being fooled.
