TRASH company

Ordered a bundle of printer paper and once the tracking "arrived in destination country" the tracking never updated to show any kind of location. After trying to contact them they have made it clear that they are trying to put the fault on me and have asked me to contact the post office to confirm non delivery and call the logistics company. I've been attempting to get a refund from them which has been difficult considering that they don't have BBB page to hold them accountable.

Setting up warranty

ecieved model MO2 tried to set up warranty but the form keeps going to a foreign language which prevents me from completing the form , tried customer services but that was a total wast of time.

Buyer Beware They Simple Lie About…

Buyer Beware They Simple Lie About Shipping, I got a notification my Printer shipped and it was stuck at JFK for 3 weeks when I contacted Phomemo, Helen said it was still in transit and provided me with another tracking number that say Null, not found. This was another 2 weeks later, Its now more than a month and no printer or response from them. I'm currently trying to get a refund.

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. They sent me a tracking number and asked me to check via 5 website which is:
1. La Poste -> it said that my tracking is not yet available. I am very confused because they said that they sent my order via La poste but why my tracking number is not available.
2. 17track -> it said that my order has been departed to overseas, but I don’t really believe this is legit because I have read so many bad review about this that said many weird tracking updates. Here is one of the review for this 17track:
“ This is a scam. And no, it's now just the websites that uses this tracking site that scam people, it's this site itself. The packages do not exist, they make up tracking codes to help scam sellers pretend that they sent your items and that they get lost in transit after like 1-2 months. If you try the tracking code on any other site you won't get anything, which is not normal. Especially once the package is in your country you should be able to track it with sites from your country. But you can't, because the code is fake, and the package doesn't exist.”

For the other platforms:
4Px, trackingmore, and usps it said that the tracking number doesn’t exist.

Is it a scam?

NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS

DON’T BUY THIS

I cannot figure out how to use this thing. The instructions are useless. I have the app on my phone, but can’t get it to recognize the printer. I’ve wasted too much time. I will be returning it.

I really liked the product

I really liked the product. It took a while to arrive, however I had no problem. What I think is that phomemo, as a mobile and tablet app, could have an image exchange community and a better stocked image bank. Besides, I liked it and I'm really enjoying the printer. customer service was excellent, every time I needed it.

Where the hell is my printer and paper. I should have read reviews. Now that i have I need to take action. They are not sending out our goods. Last month my printer was supposedly in Rosemead Ca. Rosmead is 20 minutes from me.

Tive que cancelar o envio do meu produto, a minha comunicação com a empresa sobre o reembolso tá difícil. Ninguém fala nada, já enviei vários e-mails e até o momento não tenho confirmação sobre o reembolso.
Espero que o suporte melhore no quesito comunicação.

I am not normally someone who will…

I am not normally someone who will write a bad review I will talk privately with who ever I need to in the company about my concerns or issues but after almost two months of waiting for my package and getting nothing but the run around and a “you Handel it” answers into who I need to contact I think it is necessary. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but it seems like this company and the company they use to deliver have used it as an excuse to offer bad customer service. This has been going on fo awhile and if you’re company is not able to deliver goods purchased with in a certain amount of time it should be noted the delivery time or do not allow orders to that specific country in my case to the US. Also you’re customer service company and logisitic team should be able to communicate with the company delivering your product instead i was met with a here’s the number you call them. At this point I just want my money back because I do not want to do business with this company and I was told I have to wait even if I have not received the my product or an answer as too when I will receive I really wish I had looked up reviews on how tyhis company does business I am extremely disappointed.

Great customerservice

At first, the package was incomplete. One box with paper rolls was missing and one box was nog what I ordered. But the customer service was very helpful. So I received the right box with rolls shortly after. The missing rolls were out of stock so I will receive those later.

I'm very happy with the product.

Horrible Ownership Additional Shipping Costs
I purchased a printer with Phomemo about a month ago, I received confirmation shortly after and was very happily waiting for further updates. After a week or so of not receiving tracking details I wrote to CS to get the tracking details for my order and I was then informed that they can no longer ship to my country free of charge and that I would need to pay additional shipping costs if I wanted the order or as a second option they could cancel the order.

I understand that shipping situations happen, but them not letting me know until days after I payed for the product and only when I reached out is unacceptable to me. I am so disappointed, and I am so sorry this happened.
