I ordered a painting 9/10/26. I was originally told it would arrive between 10/2-10/6, then 10/4/-10/6, which was fine. I paid promptly and did not request any changes. I have not received it and need it by 10/15 for an event for whom the painting is intended. Every time I email asking when and how it will be shipped, if I get an answer at all (which is not what typically happens) I am told that it will be shipped "in the next few days". Not when and not how, as I asked. I need to know if I need to start thinking of an alternative. The listed phone number does not work. I can't even find the online chat on the website. To be clear, based on the preview, the artist did a great job. But, if I can't get the painting when needed, that is not that helpful.

Brutal customer service
I ordered my painting at the end of August for my girlfriend’s birthday I paid for both express options to make sure it would get in time. Gave just about a full month. My painting was completed and I paid for it 15 days ago. Even tho I paid for express shipping so it would come in 7-10 days it has been 15 days and still have not received shipping yet. I have sent tons of emails to customer service but don’t get an answer they just keep apologizing. I have asked for a phone number to call multiple times and am yet to receive one. The website says excellent customer service but yet they don’t have a phone number on the website that works and they barely respond to emails. I paid 50$ worth of express fees for it to come in time and now it’s her birthday and it hasn’t even been shipped.

It looked like it was done by AI, not a real person. Even after my first request for modifications, it didn’t look right, especially the mouths, and I couldn’t figure how to tell them to correct it, so I just cancelled.

I had been away and it came a little later than I wanted it to. Though in hindsight it worked out that it was a few days late.
I just opened it today and it came out great
There are a few minor smudges on the painting but it wont show with the frame.

Scam: This Company Sent the Wrong Painting & Won't Correct It
If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a painting in mid-May as a Father's Day gift, and after much back-and-forth with the artist, I approved a painting of a photograph I'd sent them. (There was much back-and-forth because the artist refused to correct the items I requested, but finally he/she relented and appeared to make the corrections.)
At last, the painting was sent and received the day before Father's Day. Unfortunately, when opened, it was the initial version of the painting which I'd already rejected. When I sent an email to Photo2painting requesting corrections, they said I would have to pay for another painting. This seems like such an obvious scam to get people to pay for two paintings because the artist either willfully or ignorantly messed up the order. I will never order anything from this company again and recommend that others do their homework before you fall for the same scam I did.
