The painting is consistent with the image sent to me, but the frame arrived broken. However, Photo2Painting immediately refunded me the cost of the frame so I could purchase a new one locally in time for Christmas.

Dear John,
Unfortunately, there are occasional instances where carriers do not handle our fragile packages with the care they require, resulting in damage to framed items. While this is rare, it can sometimes happen despite our best efforts. Please send us photos of the damaged item you received, and we'll be happy to escalate the matter and assist you promptly.

Dear Aimee,
I’ve reviewed your order details and noticed that you’ve selected the tube option for framing. I’d like to clarify that this option is complimentary and does not incur any additional charges, and with this option, the portrait comes rolled, not stretched.
I apologize if there was any confusion regarding the framing selection and if you had expected a different packing option. Please rest assured, we’ve processed your order exactly as per your choices.

The idea of having a photograph converted into a painting piqued my interest. I was kept updated and helped through the processes at all times. As this was done as a birthday surprise, I was concerned about the end outcome and whether or not the recipient would be delighted. Her tears as she gazed at the picture were priceless! She hasn't stopped staring at it or discussing it. I was astounded by the painting! It's stunning! So true to life! Beautifully crafted! Thank you so much for making the birthday so special and memorable!

Definitely use this company
Definitely use this company.
Long story short, i had a photo of my husband's grandfather holding him and his twin on his shoulders when he they were babies. I wanted to recreate this photo of his grandfather holding my twins. His grandfather passed away 1 year ago, and I just had to do it.
I used another company, they had higher draft fees etc. They did well but didn't capture my kids well enough. They didn't look like them after 3 different drafts
I found photo2painting.com, and decided to try them after seeing that their draft cost would be much much less, so I figured I would just try.
I had a similar issue at the draft time, my kids just didn't look like them. I was in close email communication with George who really listened to my concerns, was quite patient, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They edited my draft 3 times and even used more photos to really tweak the details.
The end result was phenomenal. I had butterflies in my stomach and cried when I saw it
When I presented it to my husband who isn't a cryer. He cried. He has been thanking me for the painting every day since we received it. His exact words were " this is the best gift a person could ever receive."
Order with them, and if you have any issues or concerns, just talk to them.

The painting took a while to make but that was expected but it came completely undamaged and it was really beautiful and I absolutely love it. Also, when I had questions the team/ support responded pretty quickly and it was also really easy to order. I love my new painting. It's very sentimental and it looks very real

Nice painting but left unsigned
The painting itself was very nice and I wish I could 4.5 stars. The issue I had was with the artist signature. I am not sure if it was me or the preview window but there was a section of the painting I could not see so I wasn't able to verify the signature. The painting arrived and it was unsigned. I would use this service again and would make sure to see the signature, if I asked for it, before approving the painting. Thank you...

I adore this artwork!!!
I adore this artwork!!!
I was blown away by how quick and simple the entire process was from start to end. Even though the photographs could not be used since they were too pixelated, everything turned out fantastic! When my fiancé unwrapped his gift, he was so shocked that he burst into tears. He now has a photo of himself with his two girls and his idol (his mother), whom they never got to meet. I've never seen him happier or more thrilled to receive it. I can't thank the artist enough for the treasured present we now have for the rest of our lives.
