Appalling. Website pretended to be an .ie domain. Once ordered, discovered its a UK website. Waited ages for order, then had to pay customs fee nearly same price as photos. Quality of photos dreadful.... Toon meer

Excellent Quality, Poor Delivery
Would have been 5 stars if not for the shocking experience from Photobox’s delivery partner Evri.
However this review is about the framed photo they did for us. Beautiful print, well framed and mounted. I’m over the moon with the item.
If you can put up with a long wait if it comes via Evri then you’ll be delighted with the quality.
Photobox please please ditch Evri before they ruin your business.

Honestly best experience
Honestly best experience. So easy to make a personalised calendar and it was so cheap too. Plenty of designs, colours, and fonts to choose from. Definitely going to do it again.

Always a delayed delivery
Good platform, good product options. Unfortunately every time I’ve order the order takes triple of the time that it’s offered. This is the second month since I ordered it, I am still waiting for it :(

This is not an Irish company as the products are shipped from the UK. I ordered a few prints to arrive before Christmas and they have yet to arrive, it’s now 29th Dec. Very disappointed as I no longer need as they are too late

Quality of products declining year on year
I have been using photobox for 18 years and placed 63 orders. The quality of their photobooks and calendars has declined year on year in the last few years. I give them as presents to family members and they have noticed too. Very disappointing.

Beware customs fees
Even when you order off the Irish .ie website, the shipment comes from the UK and you may have to pay significant custom fees and as well as delayed shipment. The company accepts no responsibility and doesn’t make this clear enough. Book from a real Irish or EU company instead

Five star service and products
I would like to thank Photobox for the fantastic print they have produced for me. I wanted to print an 80s Album cover for my partner for Christmas and as I couldn’t find anything suitable in shops or online I decided to use photo box. The quality of the print is excellent and the colours are quite beautiful. I wasn’t happy with the layout of the print to start with due to an error made by myself, Photobox gave me advice and made the necessary alterations and resent the new print with no charge. Customer service was excellent and any issues were resolved with no effort involved. I will be using their services again and I’m looking forward to printing some of my own favourite comic book covers maybe. Thank you
