Appalling. Website pretended to be an .ie domain. Once ordered, discovered its a UK website. Waited ages for order, then had to pay customs fee nearly same price as photos. Quality of photos dreadful.... Toon meer

I have used Photobox for numerous years now. Their quality is fantastic, never have issues with photos I upload, as is the case with other companies. My recent photo book I ordered was an A4 landscape flat book with lots of photos and lots of text. I use different fonts, backgrounds, frames etc. It was a labour of love for me and the end product surpassed my expectations. Asked for quick delivery as it was for a birthday present. It came 4 days early! So yes I would definitely recommend Photobox.

It's important for people to know that Photobox do not allow you to redeem a gift voucher if they have a sale running.
Be aware before buying or requesting a Photobox gift voucher: they do not allow you to redeem gift vouchers while a sale is running.
I received a gift voucher for my birthday to buy wall art. However, at checkout, Photobox automatically applies their ongoing sale promo code to the basket. Because their system treats gift vouchers as promotional codes rather than actual payment, you cannot use your voucher unless you delete the sale code and pay full price.
Photobox has already taken real money for these gift vouchers, yet they severely restrict when and how you can spend them. Because this was a gift code sent digitally, there was no clear small print beforehand explaining this trap. Live Chat was zero help and simply hid behind the fine print.
It’s an appalling way to treat gift voucher holders and customers, as well as gift-givers who pay in good faith. I've always recommended Photobox up until now, but will no longer do so.

Excellent Quality That Impresses Every Time
PhotoBox has never disappointed me. I've ordered several photo books from PhotoBox.ie, and every experience has been excellent. The print quality is outstanding, with sharp images, vibrant colors, and a professional finish. Each order arrived on time and was carefully packaged.
