Always pleased when I use photobox, I've had issues in the past with products and they are always very quick to either replace the product or give a refund. Such a good company to deal with, and I always order from them. Quality is great and delivered in a quick and timely fashion.

No delivery yet and poor customer service
Placed my order 21st May and still no sign of my delivery. This company use Evri for delivery, and they are notoriously bad. I chose this company for quality but cannot ignore the bad service. I emailed their customer service Friday morning and still no response. I’ve now emailed requesting a refund… I will not use this company again. AVOID!

Great quality/value
Its actually about the quality of the end product. Eg Google offers print service but the quality is just terrible. This site is intuitive, fast and has a good range of products. Prices are great and like I say, quality is high

Photobox.ie - Will be charged customs fees!!
In Ireland and ordered via the Photobox.ie site, reasonable expectation not to have to pay additional customs vat and fees which turned out to be twice the value of the prints (over 8.91€!!!). Won’t be paying it, photos can stay with customs. Waste of money. Should be made clear upfront rather than buried in T&C. Close to being dishonest by Photobox. Other companies are able to address customs fees upfront, Photobox obviously chose not to.

With regards to the reply:
“Orders placed on the Photobox.ie site are processed and shipped from outside Ireland, which means customs charges may apply depending on local regulations”
It’s an Irish domain website shipping to Ireland, there is no expectation by the user to have to pay customs fees!! IOSS should have been used by Photobox (as it has done on previous orders). That said, I’m happy to report that Photobox have refunded in full all custom fees and related charges.

What went wrong is simple..I bought…
What went wrong is simple..I bought photos from photobox.ie which should be based in Ireland based on the .ie website, but then received a demand from from an post for an additional 12 euro to cover vat and administrative costs because photobox.ie is based in the UK and therefore the EU customer needs to pay additional charges. UK companies should not be allowed to trade with a .ie unless they are willing to absorb these additional costs.
