I just love photobox and use regularly fir prints but mostly to create photo hooks.
The process for creating the book is easy and the quality of the finished product is second to none.
I have made photobooks for many of my friends fir special occasions like Christenings, First Communions and even weddings.
It is also a lovely way to pick some of the photos from your phone and capture them in a year book.
The printing and delivery is very speedy also.
Cannot recommend Photobox highly enough.

The quality of printed photos was excellent.The overlap of some edges of photo onto another page was disappointing.I like the opportunity to prepurchase a credit .This allows for more flexibility.

The quality of the product, the finishing of each image. The fast p&p of the item, all added to a great and wonderful experience. This was coupled with regular email contact as to when the item would ship.

A full star is far too much. I received 2 gift vouchers as a present for the value of 50 per voucher. The maximum voucher size you can buy is €50.
On trying to place an order for close to €100, I then am told that, A)No promo codes can be used when using gift vouchers. Odd, and somewhat scammy.
B), I can not use 2 gift vouchers for the same order. Instead I have to use 1 voucher, pay the rest with my own card, and then the balance, or deliberate overpayment taken will be refunded to the original purchaser of the vouchers. Ridiculous and very dodgy set up.

Easy website to use

I made a photobook of my mothers life for her 90th birthday recently.
There were a lot of old photos with some requiring editing to improve their condition so that added to the time it took to make it, so if you're doing the same I suggest you work out the order you're putting the photos into the book and do all editing first.

I was also able to communicate with an agent of Photobox by Facebook messenger called Mirela, who was very helpful with tips and videos to get me started.

When I got going it was easy as I familiarised myself with the process, but it did take me some time to reach that point.
The only slight complaint I have is the ability to move the photos to fit to the page, there was no way to click on an individual photo and drag/move it so the whole photo could be seen fully, you had to shuffle the layout appearance to predetermined layouts by Photobox.
But it worked out fine in the end with a bit of time and patience.

I googled the relevant companies first that provide this service and Photobox was recommended as the premium one for my needs and I'm extremely happy I chose the right company.
There was an offer of a percentage off which seems to be there in varying degrees most of the time which added to the value for priceless memories.

The quality is excellent and it's great to have a family history safely stored in a hardback book.
I also have an online version of the photobook in my account that I can view and I can share that with others too.

I left myself a bit short on time and was honestly a bit worried I wouldn't have the photobook in time for my mothers party, but I tracked it from start to finish from the UK to Ireland and I received it a day early, so no problem with the speed of delivery or tracking.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Photobox to make your photobook to capture your memories.
While it make take a bit of time to get the hang of it, it was most certainly so worth it.

The lay flat books are well made and look great! The editing suite is far more comprehensive than previously, so it pays the author/designer to invest time in learning all about what is possible. It is hard to know what size of text you should use, if making a book for the first time! It's only when you see the printed version that you realise you could have made it smaller or bigger! Make sure you use the correct app for the country of residence if you dont want to get caught out with EU/non-EU taxes. Overall though highly recommended.

Good prices, but many of my photos were clipped off, even though I edited them to make sure they wouldn't be. I will have to reorder some, and I might do it with another company to see if they come out better.

Very easy site to navigate. Great end product. Fast delivery. My photo book came out really well.

Easy to use web site and fast delivery BUT Very disappointing quality of you liquid acrylics - less than half the thickness than they were. Now flimsy and unprofessional

Easy to operate system, practical and efficient service.
Disappointed to see my purchase advertised much cheaper a few days after my purchase.

Great service and great product. I made a typo on my order and chatted to their service department on a Sunday. They then came back and allowed me to reorder free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Really impressed and will definitely use again.

I have used Photobox for years. I especially love their photo books. They are such good quality and a great price. I subscribe to their emails and they always have good offers. The app is so easy to use. Their website is easy to navigate and there are loads of hints and tips for making your creations.

It’s been 2 weeks now since my offline creator stopped working. No further help from Photobox, just repeatedly told it’s been referred to their IT department. Nothing from them either and if I call I am told they cannot help, as referred to IT & I cannot speak to the IT department.
A book I’ve been working on since November is lost. My own IT specialist says the problem is with Photobox.
This company have no interest in their customers, are difficult to contact and clearly have IT problems.
I am sure their response to this will again be reach out for help. I have reached out constantly and got nowhere.

Ease of use of website, quick delivery, print colours were bright and the print itself was very clear, all positive. The choice of a white block really worked well with the chosen photo. If ordering again, I will be choosing a larger block size though. Otherwise, a lovely product & gift
