I've just done a book in memory of my friend, the quality and value is fantastic. Its easy to work with as yere site is well laid out. Would definitely recommend Photobox.

Had photos and framed picture in one order, sent on two different deliveries which was totally wasteful in terms of expense and the environment.

I was disappointed with the framing. Back board outside clips on part of it. (Have a photo of this if you want). No sealing tape and no hanging cord.

Everything exceptional. Quality, price and overall product. Love the detailed photo. Excellent delivery service . Highly recommend

Photobox is the easiest way to create photo books. Any event/occasion I use their templates to create and edit my own books to the way I would like to display photos and tell stories

A very easy process that anyone could manage. Quick turn around and very good value. Lovely product. We did it for a retirement at work and the person loved it.

The photobook turned out lovely. I was very pleased overall.
However I didn't edit out a small text box with a sample date as I didn't see it on the cover. The system should have alerted me to the fact that it was still there. Also, I had enlarged some photos before uploading and they were slightly blurry in the book. It would be good to be prompted to this fact before final submission. However, both errors were my own and the finished product looked lovely.

I was once again delighted with the quality of my printed books.. It takes quite a lot of effort to put them together and so knowing the printing will be top standard is reassuring.. thank you 😃

Filtering very good. Great options. Tells you if photo is of good quality Delivery quick and follow up on tracking. Have used Photobox for many years now. Always look out for the saving options.

As I never received my photograph, all I can say is that I’m very disappointed. I also paid €7 for postage and delivery. An Post refused to deliver my little photo as they estimated I owed Revenue unpaid duty on it🤔🤔

When I placed the order I was under the impression that the photos were being printed in Ireland however this was not the case and I was charged an additional 10 euros by an post before my delivery was delivered.

The product itself is great however .... it was clear when I was ordering where I was ordering from, what was not clear was that there would be significant customs fees and a handling charge from An Post for having to collect those fees. That both delayed the order and added significantly to the cost.
My attempted follow up with your customer service yielded nothing by way of a satisfactory response.
The lack of transparency on the pricing and perhaps lack of a cleaner way of handling them are my main issues.
Great product, happy to recommend to anyone in UK but not beyond and customer service not responsive.

Excellent quality, really quick turnaround and delivery.
I have been using photobox for years because they are the best, simple as that.

Selling prints on a .ie.
Emails coming from a .ie.
Charging 23% VAT.

No where on the website does it say you will be charged an additional import fee.

And please don’t tell people to go to your chat bot, that will get nowhere.

Have been using Photobox since 2009. Time to find new service.

Order 12 photos for my daughter’s first birthday from Photobox IE, IE being Ireland. Web address indicating an Irish site. Paid €10.99 for them with delivery and wondering why on earth they are delayed, I checked the tracking to see it’s stuck at customs with an almost €9 customs charge waiting… just about the cost of the photos itself. They now won’t be here ontime as there was no communication from anyone to say the order was delayed. Super disappointed and sadly won’t be back as it’s clearly not an Irish site. How can you call yourselves Photobox Ireland and not be Irish?

Received order after three weeks. Emailed company twice no reply and could not contact by phone.

Quality of paper used very bad qualit
I have 22 books over years and quality was so superior to now.
