I signed up with Physique Factory beginning of 2026 and I’m currently at my 15th week and on track to lose 15kg.
This program works and is proof that the tools plans and everything they give you works if you put the work in and follow it.

My trainer is great and got back to me whenever I had any questions any day and had weekly check ins to see progress and adjust anything if needed.

The app is super easy to use and has all of your exercises on there and if you can’t do something if you don’t have the equipment your trainer will adjust this for you.

You learn so much regarding macros nutrition exercise and really opens your eyes to what’s actually good and bad.

This has changed my life and I’m so happy I did this and recommend to anyone wanting to be there best selves and lose weight or build muscle this program is the one for you.

I came across Physique Factory on Instagram and decided to reach out to see what they were about, and I’m glad I did.

After 10 weeks with PF, I’m down nearly 16kg, and for the first time, I genuinely feel confident in my body. The results have been incredible, but what’s made the biggest difference is the level of support.

My coach has been outstanding throughout the entire process always responsive, always helpful, and genuinely invested in my progress. I’ve learned how to properly track calories, structure my training, and get the most out of every workout.

The support system is next level. They know how to keep you accountable, motivated, and focused, especially on the days when you’re not feeling your best. Having someone consistently check in and review your progress pushes you to stay disciplined and keep improving.

Before choosing PF, I looked into other programs that offered similar services but at significantly higher prices and honestly, their results didn’t compare.

I had been training before, but I wasn’t making real progress. Since joining PF, I’ve been consistently improving, both in my workouts and in my physique. Seeing weekly changes has been a huge motivator.

Overall, I can’t recommend Physique Factory enough. If you’re willing to commit and put in the work, the results will follow.

Found Physical Factory and never looked back. Staff , trainers are all very helpful that provided insight to me on my experience in losing weight and gaining muscle. Needed to get healthier cause I was borderline diabetes and high blood pressure , after 17 weeks or so , no more borderline symptoms and now am off the medication for high blood pressure. If I had done this myself I’d be in trouble as there is so much misinformation and talk about how to get healthy and what to eat and what not to eat. Physical Factory explains the process to you clearly and puts you on the right path to a healthier you. The one major thing I love about my journey is knowing how much to eat, how much to exercise and how water is so important to losing weight. You have your ups and downs but you just have to trust the process that’s explained to you by the team.Cannot thank Coach and the team enough for guidance, advice and patience .It so awesome to have someone like a coach by your side and answering every question no matter how silly the question might be as the coach knows you are only a beginner like I was it is very helpful.I highly recommend you give it a go if you’re serious about getting healthy and fit, you seriously won’t know yourself when you get to the weight you were in my case 25 years ago. I’ve been coached with PF for 17 weeks. I’ve lost 23kg so far. At 41 years old I’m the fittest and healthiest that I’ve been in my life. The constant support of my coach has kept me on track chasing my goals at times when I would have given up. I’d recommend PF to anyone that’s serious about getting into shape. Stay disciplined, do what the coach tells you and you’ll get mad results. It’s been money well spent for me and less than what I would have spent on booze and junk food in the same amount of time.

Down 11.5 kegs in 6 weeks. Nuff said really.
The coach is responsive and tailors the program to my circumstances like work travel and various niggles.

Hey I’m Seb. I’ve been with my coach now for approximately 24 weeks and have lost a total of around 28 kg. It has been an amazing experience so far. My coach has never missed a beat and always been there to make sure I’m tracking well every week. From making insane meal plans to making sure my gym session is changing body into something I could only dream of. Not only has it changed my body significantly but also my mind. How I look at food and understand that just because it supposed to be good for you, doesn’t mean it needs to taste like crap. When I first looked at the price I was a bit worried because I was unsure if it really was going to work, I was absolutely wrong. Definitely worth every penny.

I signed up to PF on a whim.
I have a history of severe weight gain and depression. Before Physique Factory, have been up to 135kg+ at one point and then lost the weight myself, naturally, and got down to nice lean weight ranges 82-88kg (6'2") doing this on my own was incredibly difficult, confusing and lonely. Not to mention the period of time this took me (about 1 year of extreme discipline)

However this time, since signing up with Physique Factory, I am already down to 94kg from 113kg in just 6-7 weeks give or take.

My coach has gone above and beyond to ensure me that I am on track to achieve the goals that we set out in the beginning - even in my most doubtful, caloric deficit moments.

I have done programs like this before and I want to say to anyone reading this, loud and clear, PHYSIQUE FACTORY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

The investment you make into yourself and your health is like no other. So stop making the excuses, stop putting it off, rip that bandaid off and sign up. Get the work done, reap the rewards.

I am about half way through my program now, and I know for a fact once I wrap things up with PF, I have the tools, skills and abilities that I need to continue maintaining not only this physique I am creating, but the lifestyle that comes with it.

The cost is extremely reasonable, considering the level of support you receive and the constant monitoring of your numbers, diet, body composition, the conversations, the check ins, the support, the list goes on.

By joining Physique Factory, I have carved away so many weeks of repetition, so many months of aiming for a physique that only comes with a LOT more time, patience and discipline. I KNEW from previous experience, if I signed up for a program like PF, I would be cutting out SO MUCH precious time and shortcutting myself a road to the ultimate success - an amazing physique and a sharp mind.

Gigantic level of satisfaction so far and only half way through.

Physique factory has been more than eye opener for me, as someone who has young kids, a demanding job, has struggled with alcohol and addiction , no access to the best gym or if any, and understands that even just half an hour a day to myself is a blessing. My trainer has somehow managed to work out a plan that fits my lifestyle, holds me accountable and actually gets results with no excuses within the first steps on the scales. It’s easier than you think with the right help.

If you want results through safe nutrition and correct training schedule then this is the programme for you! I’m 9 weeks into my time with Physique Factory and I’m seeing results that I haven’t seen in years with “traditional” programs! Having the 1/1 contact available whenever I need is a massive advantage, you are kept accountable through personable and professional contact. Don’t get me wrong - this isn’t a magic pill system, you have to want it!! If you step up, these guys will blow your mind with results. Life changing.

I’ve been working with my coach for 11 weeks now and it’s been nothing short of awesome, we are deep into the cut now and I’m looking tip top, the knowledge and information that I’ve learnt through my coach has been awesome, learning new things around nutrition and strength training daily.
The workouts I get given are fun and hard and are burners but we love that don’t we?

And most importantly the guidance and attentiveness to me when I have a question or something is always so prompt and the extra mile the coach goes by reaching out on days that might pose challenges or just to give abit of extra motivation is very good.

It’s Been a completly postive and awesome time so far and keen to keep progressing and see what more I can achieve and learn with working with physique factory

From the beginning working with Physique Factory has been a breeze. From onboarding to working closely with my Coach, they have made everything simple to follow and have communicated extremely well any expectations within the training regime. With my coach I have successfully lost 20kg in 9 weeks with a simple easy to follow life changing structure. With other programs you pay for a plan, with PF and my coach you pay for real meaningful life changing results. If you haven’t succeeded with others, give PF a go.

I’ve been with PF for about 2 months now and honestly have not made a better decision for myself and wellbeing. My coach is awesome, always reachable and happy to help me understand why things are the way they are. I’ve done so much more in 8 weeks with my coach than I could have ever done by myself, this is much more than just a diet PF and my coach have helped me make a lifestyle change for the better. Couldn’t recommend this more to anyone looking to make change in their life.

After stumbling across another “weight loss” program on instagram, I was dubious to sign up. But after speaking to the team and having a one on one conversation with my coach i knew it was a good decision.
After 12 weeks I have managed to lose 12kg of fat and put on muscle.
The lessons my coach has taught me are for life now, and thats whats good about PF. They give you the tools and mindset to continue even after finishing.
If i’d have done it on my own I probably would have lasted 3 weeks and gone back to my old ways. But the support you get from your coach is next level.
