Really positive experience with the team. They were supportive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear, and any questions or issues were addressed quickly. I especially appreciated how approachable and cooperative the team was. Overall, a smooth experience and a company that genuinely seems to care about supporting its customers.

Scam company. The 24hrs response tags and customer service numbers, AI bot etc are all fake. You cannot reach to them or get a reply in any means. I ordered a USB dac, They sent a generic chinese product which was dead on arrival and I havent been able to reach them by any means for 40 days now.
If you check their google reviews, they dont show exact location and all 5 star reviews are from new accounts. Along with fake google reviews they have taken a step further by putting fake Trustpilot reviews from their employees, both of which they proudly display under their fake 24hr response tag. Please sort and check the 1 star reviews if you dont believe me.
Please stay away from this website for anything or you can loose your money like I did.

Bought dual bay which works fine but the adapter provided did not work and support was useless. Crappy quality

Pibox makes very rare and usefull products for computers.. pibox makes works easy i purchage hdd docking station its makes my internal hdd usefull and portable..

I have been a long-time customer of PIBOX, and until now I have had a good opinion of their products. Recently, I purchased their 9-in-1 USB Type-C Hub with a 1Gb Ethernet port. Unfortunately, within just 2–3 days, the hub stopped working properly.

Since then, I have contacted PIBOX customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response. While I believe their products are generally good, their customer support has been extremely disappointing.

Because of this experience, I don't think I will purchase from PIBOX again. I'm writing this review to help other customers make an informed decision. If you're buying from PIBOX, the product quality may be good, but don't expect reliable after-sales support. In my experience, it has been completely absent.

I purchased an SSD enclosure from their website, but it failed to work with a perfectly functional SSD. When I reached out for support, I was surprised to find that they don't have a customer service phone number and only provide support through WhatsApp.

The support experience was frustrating. Responses were very slow, and instead of acknowledging that the product might be defective, they kept asking for additional information every few days, dragging the conversation out for over two weeks. Since I use a Mac, I shared screenshots of the errors I was encountering as requested. They then asked me to provide screenshots from a Windows PC, even though I had clearly explained that I was using a Mac. At that point, it no longer felt like they were trying to resolve the issue.

Overall, the experience gave me the impression of a very small operation selling low-cost imported products with limited after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

the worst experience of all the worst quality the worst product I purchased pibox nvme enclosure in couple of months ago I connected after purchasing it was working at that time after purchasing I try to use it 2nd time and guess what it was not working so I wanted customer support so I texted them and mailed them still no response from their side and I am still struggling but didn’t got any response till now

Extremely disappointing. I bought an SSD enclosure from their website. It didnot work with a working SSD. When tried to contact them, I was shocked to know that they did not have a voice call number and only respond over whatsapp. Their response is extremely slow and they didnot accept their product's fault and kept on asking different questions each day and stretched the conversation over 15 days. I have a mac and wanted to use the enclosure on it. Upon asking to share screenshots, I shared the errors coming up. Then they asked to share the screenshots from windows. Nonsense. At that point I had to stop conversating with them. Apparently it's a one person ecommerce site which imports chineese low quality items and forget after selling. Do not buy.

Usb a to hdmi adaptor bought from pibox is working well. Good quality.

Dear PIBOX India,
My order 162431 has been Return to Origin without deliver to my address.
The Delivery person contact me but not delivered the product.
Pls either re-dispatch my order or refund my money as soon as possible.
I have try to connect with PIbox many times and send the details of my orders but PIbox not helping me yet. They are very careless about their delivery and customer service management.

I have purchased a usb-c to hdmi/vga/usb-a converter. The products are reliable and worked everytime. The only reason I repurchased was because the product went missing from my possession

Very good SSD enclosure for daily and professional use. The display showing SSD health, temperature, runtime, and data written is amazing. Build quality feels solid and USB 3.2 speed is excellent. Got a free surprise gift too, which was a nice touch from the seller. Worth the money!

Purchased one HDD DOCK thorugh AMAZON, while in the warranty period, The product was not working.
When raised for support, through whatsapp and mail, there is no assistance and reply except the following message

"Thanks. I still need these missing details so the case can be reviewed correctly.

- reason for cancellation, return, refund, or RTO review

Please reply with only the missing details. If something is not available, please say that clearly."
