i orderd this product orico-2577u3-bk-2-5-hard-drive-enclosure-usb3-0-to-sata-iii-2tb-capacity-for-business-design/ on my father's address delivery courier was delhivery.the delivery guy came once then he never came again.my order was prepaid don't buy from this.then i try to contact them no answer delivery no answer pibox no answer.i email them but auto-generated message shows up .no help no contact number .it's also for delhivery.they have contact no but if you diffrent number or number that you ordered product no difference same message that call from ordered number

I recently bought the PiBox HDD enclosure and have been very satisfied with its performance. The build quality feels solid, with a sturdy aluminum shell that helps keep the drive cool during extended use. Installation was quick—just slide the drive in and secure it, no tools required.
Transfer speeds are consistent and match what I expect from a USB 3.0 enclosure, and it stays quiet even when running large backups. The indicator light is visible but not overly bright, which I appreciate.
Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed enclosure for anyone needing a simple way to repurpose or protect a hard drive.

If there was a negative rating that i would give -10. Affter reading all the Made in India promotion and postive review on Amazon, I bought the product. In a year i have used it for just 10 times to back up my data. just before the warranty ended the device went kaput while in use on laptop. Contacted on email. no response. Contacted on whatsapp no response. recd revert only after followup. Instead of supporting and providing warranty they started blaming on me for product failure. They started giving excuse that it died due to power surge while it was connected to my laptop. wow, so GOD decided to save my laptop from power surge but not the enclosure. then they claim that we will give 'deep discount' so I can buy replacement motherboard. by deep discount they mean 80 rupees. another wow. after all this now they are refusing to provide warranty under the fake argument that it is out of warranty. Also, if their products are so good why are selling motherboards separately. Do you see Mahindra selling its engine on their websites? or Apple selling its motherboard as replacement on their site? they know that they selling fake, cheap chinese products. I bet all positive reviews are their own employees pretending as customers.

Bhai log bahut hi best product or support service h guys , i am happy guys with pi box support i am satisfied

JUST A FREAKING SCAMMER HOUSE THE WARRANTY THEY SHOW IS JUST SCAM NOTHING IS GOING TO BE PROVIDED TO YOU THEY WILL SHAMELESSLY SEND YOU BACK YOUR OLD FAULTY PRODUCT THE PRODUCT I SENT THEM WAS WITH THE ORIGNAL BOX AND I PAID THE COURIER CHARGES TO COURIER THEM AND THEY SEND ME THE OLD ONE ONLY IN FREAKING CARDBOARD PAPER BAG THAT'S IT STILL WANT TO BUY ITS YOUR CHOICE

The support at Pibox is extremely poor, unresponsive and does not care about customer issues. The only "functional" support channel is Whatsapp. They don't have a phone number one can call.

The support has been stringing me along with one or the other excuse to replace the product and are refusing to replace it.

I urge you to be careful and if possible, do your due diligence. In a retrospective, I should have ordered via Amazon. Their support of course is top-notch and they would have taken care of the situation and resolved it quickly unlike PiBox India.

Ease of use. No more losing those microscopic screws, just a simple push and click. Amazing.

The ease of self setup and quality of product

Great products available at reasonable prices. But sometimes their products are mislabelled like one time I got an usb 3.0 capture card but it only has internal wiring of usb 2.0 even though the plug was 3.0. I got the newest revision one and they fixed it. Just be cautious while buying

It’s was a Great Experience of Shopping from Piebox India
Product quality as per price is too good

It meets my streaming expectations I love the metal build it help In heat Despiration

Disgusting customer care. They sell old, obsolete, and refurbished products as new. It took 25 days for me to get a defective product exchanged. No response from the customer care. Products are more than 3 years old, obsolete products. Data transfer is very slow. They are dumping old, discarded chinese products as new. Also, they sell fake products. Pathetic customer care.

I love pibox product quality and price

First of all pibox product is worth buying and serve the purpose of enclosing ssd drives.
The smart cooling fan option is very useful and working dynamically great.
Installation procedure and setup is user friendly..

It was very good experience, receiving pibox product along with a surprise gift and warranty extension note. The product is also very nice.

Device is very good and easy to use, plug and play feature, good quality for recording and streaming at low price and it also supports YUV video raw footage with 60hz at 1080p.

The best aspects in using the PIBOX video capture card are: (1) simple OBS studio software (2) the handout/ manual with clearcut directions to setup the product for effective use (3) the output on my laptop is excellent with great video and crisp audio and finally (4) the zip bag provided is small but can carry the product and its accessories easily.
