PiBox products are okay – not too bad, not too great. But if you're planning to buy from their website, think twice. Actually, don't. You'll thank me later for saving you from a world of pain. Instead, go for Amazon or Flipkart. Trust me, their customer support is a nightmare.

Here’s why:

Terrible Support: There's no phone number for assistance. They only provide WhatsApp support, but don’t bother expecting a reply. Messages are ignored, and they don’t even have read-receipts enabled. If by some miracle you do get a response, good luck getting meaningful help.

Stressful Experience: I had ordered items worth INR 2800. Due to genuine reasons, I couldn’t receive the parcel for 2-3 weeks. On Amazon or Flipkart, you can just refuse the parcel and get your refund (if prepaid). Simple and stress-free. But with PiBox, it’s a completely different story.

Here’s what happened to me:
The parcel didn’t return to the seller automatically. Instead, it got stuck at the Bluedart regional office, and the seller needed to request a return.
Their WhatsApp support ignored my messages, leaving me stressed and wondering if my money was gone. After constant emails and messages, I finally saw through Bluedart tracking that the seller had requested a return.
Even then, it took another 10 days to get them to agree to a refund. They tried to convince me to accept the same product again, but after dealing with their awful support, I refused. When they finally refunded my money, they deducted the cost of shipping and return charges (which Amazon and Flipkart never deduct).

Avoid the Gimmicks: The so-called Free Assured Mystery Gift is just bait. I fell for it and ordered directly from their website, only to receive something completely useless. Many YouTube videos and reviews confirm similar experiences – lower-tier gifts being sent instead of promised ones.

Final Recommendation: If you must buy PiBox products, stick to Amazon or Flipkart. At least they have proper return and refund policies. And if you're considering the warranty they claim, don’t count on it. With their non-existent support, it’s as good as useless. Honestly, I’d recommend exploring other brands altogether.

Don't Ever Purchase Products From them, They are cheater, They will send some another level gift even i.e if you supposed to get level 3 gift they will send level 2 gift. They are Scamming in the name of gifts and no support after no replies on whatsapp

The website is genuine and you'll get your order too but do not believe on the warranty they are providing... I ordered a product from them and after a few days its hdmi port stopped working. And I tried to contact them and they told me to check it properly and I did but still not working I told them and then they just stopped replying. I tried several times on mail, whatsapp etc. but they kept ignoring... so don't waste money on these cheap brands who fool people in the name of service and warranty.
