Based in china have just got my money back after 4 weeks of emails and no delivery

Do not purchase anything from this website. I paid £44 for a fan advertised as having "triple evaporative cooling technology" but is basically a poor-quality hand fan in a huge plastic casing. I've been emailing them for over a month about a refund, but they keep putting off sending me return instructions.

This company is a scammer. Please don’t buy from them.
I was send wrong orders with a very cheap and none quality product.
May God punish them and take control so that this company will run bankrupt.
I am a widow struggling to survive.
God please let the loose everything they ever worked for. Ameeen.

Don't bother with this company even the one based in the UK, UK does not return or answer phone calls,you get an automatic email when you send an enquiry. Your money goes to Hong Kong. Information you get is incorrect I.e phone numbers links to tracking information

Awaiting portable aircon fan! Awful 1 response 3 weeks ago! The phone number is non existent! My parcel supposedly was attempted states no one in! I was! No previous tracking was sent before hand. Says I can collect can’t even get in contact with anyone.
Still had my order and money. Avoid at all cost.

Please don’t use this scam site I ordered two air coolers fans on 8th of July 2026 which I haven’t received there customer service is fake they are ment to be based in Birmingham but there not they are based in Hong Kong I’ve had to clam money back from my credit card if I could give them no stars I would

PLEASE AVOID NEVER RECIEVED GOODS. ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS. YOU DONT GET CORRECT TRACKING INFO.
AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

Got my money back through Klarna luckily.
The tracking details they provide are bogus, nothing ever arrived.
Do not waste your time or money on this website.

Ordered an air humidification air circulation fan.
Makes no difference to Ambient air either in the room or infront of me. Contacted customer service twice but not getting a reply.

I was initially despondent as the product delivery was delayed by 1 week
But have now received the product -

Unfortunately when I have started using it, I have realised it doesn’t work!

I ordered an air conditioning unit from Picadex at end of June 2026. They said it would be delivered from their warehouse in Birmingham. I live 20 miles away. On tracking it came from Hong Kong. There was no unit, no delivery. Tracking no longer worked and then all emails bounced back as unknown. Do not use them. They have scammed so many. I am sorry I did not do sufficient research but so needed the AC Unit. It has taught me a lesson. My credit card company are now dealing with this scam and I am being refunded.

I ordered an aircon machine, It states delivered within 5 days, 2 weeks later I still haven't recieved anything, I tired to contact the company didn't hear nothing back and then It finally got delivered was so happy, opened the box to find that it wasn't an air conditioning machine, Its a fan/heater! No name on it nothing just some cheap plastic! I was absolutely scammed! They are not responding to me, to send it back I've emailed, called loads of times, no one answers, tried to contact through the website and no one gets back to me! I have reported them!

Do not buy from this company its a scam ive been waiting for a delivery and now the tracking does not exist anymore and they are ignoring my emails , Chinese taking the piss and robbing us.

WARNING — SCAM

Do not use this company at all. They take your money but the goods never arrive. They are almost impossible to contact with an occasional email replied to enough to keep a buyer placated. We ended up claiming through our banks fraud department for a refund.

Simply criminals. Avoid like the plague. Purchased. £450 air con unit that never arrived and they refused any communication after the first email. Had to go through my credit card company to get a refund

Do not use this company!!! As most people have found, they are scammers……. We ordered a pair of “leather” shoes for my husband, which were definitely not leather, & did not fit properly. When we attempted to return, we were asked to send all sorts of information across several emails (order no. address, a photo of the product, then a reason for return). Then all communication ceased, even though we had acknowledgment of each chase up mail received. I will continue to send chase ups, even though I know we have been duped!

Would give zero stars if I could! Fake company pretending to reside in the uk with a fake warehouse address in Birmingham. 24 hour dispatch all fake. 4 weeks later no aircon units no response. Customer service ignored me until I said I was doing a charge back with my bank! Then tried to say they were on route! Thankfully my charge back was awarded and this scam company didn’t get my money this time!

So I ordered 2 small air con units that cost £72 total. They have taken 21 days to arrive from ordering. One unit is broken and unusable and they are not even what I ordered. I have received 2 cheap and flimsy humidifying fans. Avoid this company as they are just out to rip you off by charging for good items and sending rubbish.

Scam alert!
Do not order from this company. They do not send the order and then they pretend that it was sent to the courier, but somehow the courier is responsible for the non receipt. No point contacting their customer service so, because they do not send get back to you.
