Ordered an air conditioning unit showing in stock in the uk with next day dispatch, tracking number given showed the unit in China where it sat for weeks and is still sitting there, no communication, no replies to emails. I will now have to go through the bank to try and get the money back.

Scam company do not buy from here. Like many others, I didn’t read the reviews before buying air conditioning units a month ago that have never arrived despite the “tracking” saying they have been delivered.
Trying to get a refund via my bank now. Absolutely no response from Picadex to emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Do not buy from here.

Abysmal. Item said next day shipping, but then took over 3 weeks to arrive. Didn't match the description on the website. And although the website said free returns, they refused to give me a refund.

I am so disappointed with this company.Ordered a air conditioner a month ago.I still have not received it and no responses after contacting them.Very disappointed

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I paid £99 for 2 rechargeable wall lights for my new home and after a long wait I revived ONE… !!! I having been chasing them for 4 weeks with no joy. I have made multiple calls, emails and still one was come back to me 😡😡😡

So good news my bank has given me a full refund from my supposed air conditioning unit which was just a brush less fan sold on Amazon for £12.99 instead of the£26 picadex charge. So pleased this ordeal is over with. Total shambles of a company with misleading information on their website. They are not Birmingham based it comes from China. I've noticed they have added honk Kong to their name that wasn't there 2 weeks ago. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

Clearly a scam. Like other reviewers, was misled because website says warehouse is based in Birmingham. I ordered an aircon unit. Received tracking information a week later, charge on statement shows Hong Kong, estimated delivery date came and went, then stuck somewhere, website was down for a few days, emails were bouncing back and then 2 weeks later, apparently the item was delivered. I did receive email responses from them but by this point, I knew nothing was coming and had already disputed the charge with my credit card provider. Money was refunded in full thankfully. They are still active and probably taking orders which is really disappointing. Hopefully gets shut down soon.

this product is nothing like what it describes. the parcel delivered after 15 days and the product was rubbish. it is worst than a normal fan.
i have been trying to contact the management on every platform for return but they are not responding on emails or phone.

Scam website, will take your money and never deliver. No answers to any messages and listed phone number is a mobile. Beware and stay clear!

Have waited a month for my order but still not arrived. I have phoned and call either goes to voice message (which I have left) or, more often, just gets cut off. Have emailed and also sent message via their website.
AWFUL - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Bought the Bladeless fan, delivered after a few weeks but not working!! Followed the manual exactly, its faulty. Contacted the email address supplied and received a confirmation that Picadex had received it......nothing??
It appears that the aftersales service is none existent and have now lost my money to hong Kong 😡😡

I ordered a portable AC unit for 400 pounds.
It was undelivered.
On further investigation found out that this company is a scam, based in Hongkong.
It has a UK phone number which no one answers, The address on the website doesn't mention Hong Kong, The Uk registered address based in Cardiff is in foreclosure. its highly unlikely you can reclaim the money as it is international and its unlikely any action will be taken against them

Fan worked the first time I switched it on, but nothing happened the second time. I discovered the wires were trailing down over the fan blades and stopping them turning. Construction does not seem to be safe so I haven’t used it again. Contacted company to tell them but no response.

What went wrong this time - to be completely honest, the only thing this company (PICADEX) got right, was the art of thoroughly scamming honest citizens.
Ordered an aircon unit at the beginning of July and thankfully received my full refund today via KLARNA.
There is justice out there, but why we should have to go to such lengths to obtain it.

IN SHORT - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 2 items, received one but poor quality, tracking for the other item hasn't updated since 10th June now 2nd August.
Contacted customer care 5 times, no response then they had the cheek to ask for a review on the one item I did receive, avoid at all costs

Don’t do it! This company is a scam. We managed to get our money back via our credit card company - they are scammers. Apparently our delivery is still in transit in China and has been for over a month!!!!

A scam website , the items were never delivered and they never responded to any emails about my order. They need to be reported to the authorities

A scam. Never received the air cooling unit I ordered and they sent an e-mail to say it is delayed and to contact the carrier and the contacts they provided do not work. E-mailed them several time about it to no good effect.
