Easy to order and frames are well made.

Horrible company. Paid almost $300 for a picture frame about 3 weeks ago. Called to get a delivery status update and was told they were out of stock and didn’t know when it would be available. They never informed us, but of course kept our money. Total scam.

Quality is good but packaging not so much. Spent almost $1000 in the last month. Items missing in 2 shipments. The first was some hardware but had extra around the house so didn’t say anything. The second was both the acrylic and backing. How do you miss putting such large items in a package? And another package came completely open. Fortunately nothing was damaged or missing. For the money spent, more attention needs to be paid to packaging and quality control.

I love the "floater" style and have purchased quite a few. But I miss some of the finishes you used to offer like walnut and cherry.

Order arrived with box open and parts missing. I contacted the firm and they sent a replacement shipment immediately.

Website is easy to navigate and request exact frame size needed. My frame fit my poster style photo perfectly. Frame looked great and was exactly what I expected. I ordered the wrong style frame at first, reached out to customer support and they cancelled the order immediately with full refund. Easy company to work with.

I have ordered from this website in the past and have always been satisfied. On my most recent order I realized that I had errored on the shipping address. The problem was quickly resolved. A great experience! This order hasn’t been delivered yet but I expect to be pleased.

I received a damaged acrylic with the frame I received. I emailed the company late in the evening upon opening the package and discovering the damage (1 month after receiving the frame), and the next morning I woke up to an email letting me know a new frame was on the way free of charge. Given that I'd received the first frame 5 days after replacing the order, I am thrilled at how incredible their customer service is. I 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone simply based on their shipping speed, customer service quality, and customization options.

The quality of our enlarged photo was very poor when it arrived. Prior to finalizing our order, we were told, in writing, that the quality was great. We would not have placed the order had we known how blurry the enlargement was going to be. We appreciate that Pictureframes.com is willing to credit our account for the cost of the print, but we still have to pay for shipping. The shipping amount was not disclosed, so we do not know for sure what to expect. We are not happy about this experience.

I was looking for a very specific frame size and I was directed to exactly what I needed. Other sites kept showing me their entire inventory when they did not have what I had very specifically crafted my search. Once I found the exact frame I needed, the online purchase experience was very quick and easy! Thank you!
