I was looking for a very specific frame size and I was directed to exactly what I needed. Other sites kept showing me their entire inventory when they did not have what I had very specifically crafted my search. Once I found the exact frame I needed, the online purchase experience was very quick and easy! Thank you!

Easy to use website, custom sizes available and good selection of frames. Pricing seemed a little random, one day its $195 and the next $234 for exactly the same frame.

This is the second over size frame I have ordered and the process went smoothly and easily. The last frame was delivered on time and in perfect shape. I love the emailed updates.

I’m an artist and gallery owner and would be ordering regularly however the way that they rig frames/prints to hang is completely nonsensical and idiotic. For a business called PictureFrames.com, I am absolutely amazed that they are this bad at one of the very basic functions of a frame, hanging! I now doubt everything else they do. Some of my work was mounted to hang upside down.

Using double rings and hooks instead of a wire is ridiculous and problematic. The piece cannot hang flush on the wall because of the hooks and hardware so it leans and looks like slop, the hardware can be seen poking out from the sides, and it’s MUCH more difficult to hang level and adjust. They took something that worked great and replaced it with idiocy and headache.

I requested two very simple changes, which required less work for PictureFrames.com and my self. They denied my requests with a form letter excuse. So I asked to cancel my order. Then customer service stopped all together and they went silent.

They did not cancel my order it showed up with all the flaws that I now have to fix.

You had the variety of frames I was looking for. Wider selection than some other sites.

It was A struggle to know how to select the right frame-I had to consult an artist friend who went to the website and matched one to my needs
Otherwise I would have stopped looking at your site

Good selection of styles, good information about measuring and ordering and easy to navigate site. Looking forward to having the painting framed and hanging.

I paid about $400 for a frame with UV Protective (Archival) Acrylic. The frame arrived poorly-packaged, the packaging was open on one side. The acrylic was shattered in the corners. I contacted pictureframes.com to ask how I can prevent the same from happening if I order new acrylic, I did not even ask for a refund. They never responded to me. Giving 2 stars because the metal frame is well-made and did not get damaged but I cannot recommend this company due to terrible customer service on damaged, expensive items.

Had to call customer service for help matching dimensions to an already existing framed picture, and they were kind and very easy to communicate with.
So very helpful. Wonderful framing and printing service. I would recommend having them print and set your prints in the frames. Much more professional look than others I had printed and placed myself.

Great selection of frames,sizes, colors, mats, etc. Such an easy interface to use. You're able to add a sample picture to see how it will look. That and or print the picture with the frame.

Frame arrived broken!! Does not work, I am so upset. It looks like it was broken then returned then shipped to me. Very upset since I spent $300.

Website was easy to use, good prices.

The frame was well priced and arrived reasonably promptly. However the hardware was not included and I was told I would have to wait another 4-6 weeks to receive it or I could go buy my own and get a $15 refund. This is simply not acceptable and a good reason not to shop here again.

I love the ability to do custom orders. The website makes ordering very easy. The wood is beautiful, and I appreciated finding it in the walnut finish. The quality of the workmanship is very, very good. The pricing was very reasonable, much better than I was able to find elsewhere. The packaging was extremely well done. I thought that the delivery time was exceptional, considering that this was a custom job and not a ready-made frame.
