pictureframes.com Reviews

The online experience and chat assistance was appreciated. However, Upon delivery and opening the box I noticed a half inch indentation on the front of the frame. I took pics and tried to send a reply to your website and it was not as user friendly as the purchasing features. I tried 2 of your contact features and got no reply. I will likely look elsewhere for other framing needs that I have at present. Thanks for asking!

Excellent selection; great sale prices. The only thing is I wish the metal frames could go as small in dimensions as the wooden ones can.....this is a sad shortcoming. Why not change that discrepancy? Thanks.

Love the company and understanding of the clients issues.
Quality and the discounts they offer.
As an artist I wish prices were better and also shipping so I would not charge my clients so much .

One of my medal frames has a white border. Which I should have also noticed and had it cropped.

Great customer service on a small problem with the order process!

Paid $86 for no glass or plastic to go over the poster. Its just a wooden square with no way to put the image inside

Cheap Crappy Frame with wood grain stickey paper stuck to frame!

The frame showed up broken in half and the corners had come apart - getting a refund from Saia shipping has not gone well. $377.00 gone! No money and a busted frame that cannot be fixed.

Frames are well made and packed well for shipping. Have ordered again

Decent product, would shop here again. Quality was as expected for the price, shipping was delayed but not awful.

I just would like to say thank you for the good quality frames and amazing labor!

The frame is very good quality, and the price was reasonable, especially given that it was a custom size. We have always had good experiences with PictureFrames.com.

Everything was great about the selection and ordering process. I've used this site several times before.
However, when I urgently needed this frame to be expedited, the frame only arrived one day earlier than regular delivery. Expedited implies 1,2, or3 days in my opinion.

Site is well organized and user friendly. Easy to sort and examine the frames that are available.

I was really hoping that you had a feature on your website where I could upload an image of my artwork to see what what it would look like in the frames.

Easy navigation, good selection of products, fair pricing

I ordered a 14x18 frame and received a 5x7 frame in a box that had a sticker on it indicating an 11x18 frame was in the box. I measured carefully and know that I ordered a 14x18 frame. I need a refund.

I am a repeat customer of pictureframes.com, over the past dozen years. Each and every order has impressed me with the utmost in quality, beauty and customer service. Each order has arrived in perfect condition, whether it was 8x10 or 40x50, because of the care taken to ensure it would withstand the rigors of cross-country shipping. I only wish more on-line companies operated as well as this!
