Order #40563 - no wall strips or response
Since this review (below) I have since been contacted, received the wall strips and also a refund and believe the shortfall to be a genuine error now rectified, so have adjusted the stars score accordingly.
Order #40563 - Ordered with wall strips on 26 Feb 2026. On arrival no wall strips were provided.
Emailed to ask for these on 28/02, again on 10/03, again on 17/03 and again 14/04 - all with no response.
They don't seem to react to emails as I've sent 4 now without response. Suggest you buy elsewhere as they just fail to deliver in full and you're met with silence.

Antwoord van Picture The Stars
Hi Anton,
Im really sorry to hear the issue with your emails not being seen, this is very unusual, sometimes this can happen when our spam filter incorrectly blocks genuine emails,
We will go ahead and have these adhesive strips shipped out tomorrow and we will also refund the price of the adhesive strips,
Kind regards
Emily S - Picture the Strars

Such a lovely idea for a gift
Such a lovely idea for a gift. The star map came out beautifully and meant a lot to the person I gave it to. It’s rare to find something that feels this personal and well made. Really happy with the whole experience.

Hi Grant,
Sorry for the confusion here — I completely understand why this would be frustrating.
It looks like the dispatch email was triggered automatically while your order was still on hold in our system, which is why the status hasn’t been clear. That’s on us, and we’re sorry for the mixed messages.
We’ve reached out to you directly to get this sorted straight away — whether you’d like to make changes, continue with the order, or cancel, we’ll take care of it for you.
Thanks for your patience, and we’ll make sure this is resolved quickly.

It was ok
It was ok, the starts are just white dots and look pretty poor quality compared to other sites.

Hi Jack,
Im sorry to hear you are not fully happy with your order - I can see you ordered our original Black, which is the classic standard Star Map, If you would prefer a more visually appealing design we would recommend one of our other themes such as the Real Photo
We are happy to have this reshipped out for you asap, we have emailed you for confirmation
Thank you,
Emily - Team Picture the Stars
