5* Product, 5* Postage Time
The photo frame was perfect and undamaged when it arrived, the image itself was a very high quality and delivered in a very short time frame. Wonderful service that I would recommend to anyone wanting an astronomy style print that can be romantic. Order no. #75590

Looks cheap for the price tag
I was really disappointed in the quality of the print and how cheap it looked for the £36 I paid. I emailed customer services on the day I opened it and it’s been ignored. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift but I won’t be giving it. The concept is lovely,

I ordered the 40cm x 50cm in watercolour, with the black frame. The picture arrived packaged well and looks great on my wall. I accidentally put the wrong address on the order but after a quick email it was all sorted. Very happy with my purchase and good customer service.

Thank you for your review Robert!
No order received & no response from customer service
Placed an order on Monday and received an email the following day saying it had been shipped, I was initially impressed thinking this was a fast turnaround. However the tracking link they sent for Royal Mail 48 has never changed status and has remained on "We are expecting your item" and says the shipper hasn't yet sent it. I gave it another day or 2 to give them time to post, however by today (Friday) it is still saying the same thing. I emailed Picture the Stars yesterday morning (Thurs) at 9am and by noon today (Fri) I have still had no response. I tried calling the number on their website and still nothing, the number rang out. I had read all of the other reviews and thought they would be a good company to use however I am now concerned I have paid for a product I won't receive.

Poor Customer Service
Ordered a picture for my girlfriends birthday, accidentally went too far on the slider and unknowingly pit the wrong date, when I discovered this after I put the order in, I emailed and phoned customer support 3 separate days and no one answered.

Hi Curtis,
We’re really sorry to read your review.
I can see you ordered an unframed 30x40cm print with gift ribbon wrap. Unframed prints are rolled and sent in a protective postal tube, which is the safest way to post them without damage.
We’re disappointed to hear you felt the product was not what you expected. We provide a live preview before purchase so customers can review the exact personalised design before ordering, Its importnt to us that every customer is happy with the final product.
We have emailed you directly so we can review this and help resolve it.
Kind regards,
Picture The Stars
