First impression...
I love and appreciate your message and want to thank you for creating this realistic platform for people to show support and solidarity and love.
I do wish the clothing was more affordable, as I'm currently drowning financially and otherwise.
I have a vague understanding of cost and overhead for printing and embroidery so I do understand the pricing, I just wish I could afford to buy more!
I purchased 3 hoodies for myself and family and I cannot wait for delivery!

Said my item was shipped and should have been received. The tracking number says it’s invalid.

If I could put ZERO stars I would! Awful awful experience. The package was for Xmas and it was supposed to be here the 16th of Dec. it didn’t get here until Jan 2. I spent $700 to have them come so late??!!
Ridiculous communication that is sporadic at best and LIES at worst. They have offered nothing. I want to return the items and they give you no appropriate communication or how to information.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PICUSTOM. They are a SCAM.

A lovely tshirt has arrived. Just as ordered.
Tags don’t say what the fabric is, so I doubt it’s 100% cotton. 30 °C wash, no tumble dry.
So, they’re genuine.
I suggest they fix the emails so they’re not trying to download files phones suggest are suspicious.
And I’d still advise to pay via a secure method.

It fills me with distrust that I ordered and paid on Dec 26th
Then received confirmation email.
And then a dispatch email.
But when I click on any of the links to view or track the order, it tries to download a file to my device.
If I go directly to picustom dot com and log in, either with Shop or my email address, it says there’s no order been made.

However, if I go to the “Shop” app, who I paid through, for slightly more security, the order shows on there - so it ‘’might” be genuine. 🤷‍♀️

Will try to update if a product arrives.
But use with caution - perhaps pay through a medium that gives assurances of services, like PayPal or similar?

They completely made my dog look different on the sweatshirt. He’s black and they made him white for some reason. Absolutely terrible quality.

I love the product! The problem is there’s no info about shipping, I did not know this company outsources to china, I found out when I tracked my order sitting in china for weeks. Stressed me out that I wasn’t gonna get the gift for Christmas. The fact it came today the night before Christmas is the only reason I’m giving a 4 star, would’ve been worse since I ordered December 5th it shouldn’t have taken this long, but I’m still very happy with the product

No communication, been 2 weeks and nothing has shipped even though they said the project has been done for 4+ days. Don’t buy from them

Tracking was not very good but the sweatshirt is AMAZING! It arrived before Christmas as promised! My wife is going to love it! Thank you!!! The quality is great and you did a wonderful job with the stitching!

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 “custom embroidered” “hoodies” as Christmas gifts.
Firstly; they are not embroidered at all. Sent photos of a dog. It came back as a cheap looking, glued on patch and the eyes look like he’s possessed!

Secondly; the “hoodies” are just thin fabric with no lining of any kind. I would say they’re not even cotton.

Thirdly; attempted to contact the company and they wouldn’t even respond.

ZERO communication - they want to sell you more stuff but give you (at least for me) zero updates on your order, I ordered something for Christmas on the 11th. I STILL don't know if it will get here and it's the 21st! I've sent 3 emails, no response, I am starting to think I was scammed. WILL NOT do business with these guys any ever again.

Awful customer service. I made an order over a week ago and paid for express delivery. I’ve emailed customer services 5 times and not once have they answered my question. The tracking app advised me to use that I had to pay for says my order is still in China and I’ve had an email saying it’s now in uk but they won’t answer to confirm. Selling Christmas jumpers when you know the customer won’t get before Christmas is poor customer service

Update = Did receive package info after this posting, it didn’t make it in the time promised. The quality of the actual sweatshirt is good. The photos on it aren’t terrible, aren’t the best. I would have paid $45 for it at most if I saw it beforehand.

I saw the shirt, loved it, checked price, made my color choice and ordered, EZ Peezy 🤟

I liked how easy it was to choose the size and color. It was simple enough to upload the photos, but the fact that there's no area to specify what kind of writing to put in the sweater makes me nervous about this purchase

Ordered a Friends Christmas Sweatshirt…it’s bad. Like really, really bad. It is more of a thick shirt rather than a comfy sweatshirt. The sizing is off, so make sure to order up and the quality of the print is terrible. I am truly disappointed, definitely not worth the $45.
