I purchased Picwand.ai on October 24 for a time-sensitive project. Initially, I was able to edit and download one photo successfully.
However, since then, the app has failed to function properly. I attempted to edit a second photo—which took about 45 seconds—but the download option was completely unresponsive. The buttons are “blanked out,” meaning no action is taken when selecting any option.

I spent over 45 minutes troubleshooting: restarting the app, clearing the cache, and following all recommended steps. Nothing worked. I emailed support from day one, and this is where the experience became even more disappointing. Support takes over 24 hours to respond to each message. I provided a video and detailed explanation as requested, but the app still doesn’t work.

I’ve asked for a refund, and today—October 31—I was told again that they’ll “check with support and get back to me.” This delay and lack of resolution are unacceptable, especially for a paid app.

Verdict: The app is unreliable, and the support is painfully slow. I cannot recommend Picwand.ai based on my experience.
