Tabs explaining documents etc again were easy to use. As the phone is for my grandson i now have peace of mind that if he damages/loses the phone im covered.

Very disappointing experience with Pier…
Very disappointing experience with Pier Insurance.
I took out phone insurance and paid monthly premiums because I expected a straightforward and convenient claims process if something went wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
When my phone developed a fault, I submitted a claim and was then informed that I needed to pay an £80 excess. After paying the excess and having my claim approved, I expected a replacement or a quick resolution. Instead, I was told to send the phone away for repair and potentially be left without a phone for days.
What makes matters worse is that I was then advised to obtain my own repair quotation from an authorised repair centre and submit it for their consideration. At that point, I genuinely questioned what I was paying insurance for. If I have to do all the legwork myself, I may as well have gone directly to the manufacturer under warranty from the beginning.
The whole reason I purchased insurance was for convenience, speed and peace of mind. Instead, the process has involved unexpected costs, hidden terms that only became apparent during the claim, and a significant amount of inconvenience.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pier Insurance. I will now be pursuing the issue through the manufacturer’s warranty instead, which appears to be a simpler and more customer-friendly route.
Very frustrating experience and not what I expected from an insurance provider.

Great service. Just updated my details as I've got a new handset and I got my loyalty discount at the same time.
I had to make a claim for my old phone because the screen was damaged and they not only repaired the screen, they also put a screen protector on for me. Really quick turnaround time as well. For around £5 a month it's well worth it!

Great company, great service & value for money

Had to make changes to my policy following purchase of a new mobile phone. This was dealt with very quickly with staff keeping me right on what information I needed to provide to get this updated and my updated policy documents arrived the following morning.

3 Years of Great Service
I'm just about to go into my 3rd year with LoveItCoverIt for my mobile insurance. The second year renewal was the same price as the first year & my 3rd year has seen a reduction in price due to a loyalty discount being applied, despite me needing to claim in the last 12 months. Pleasantly surprised with this as often insurance companies try to bump up the price year-on-year, even without a claim being made. The claim was handled quickly & without fuss & my correspondence to register a new device was dealt with quickly & very politely. Overall a very good experience & much better than expected.
