Started a second Minecraft server with Piglinhost and even after several years they remain reliable, patient and a service that provides.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Getting the server online was a smooth and easy process. I also got a lot of help from their support team with downloading mods and uploading world files, especially since I was completely new to this kind of stuff. Shoutout to Eshan M for helping with my noobie questions lmao. I highly recommend.

Very easy and quick to set up and whenever ive had an issue the tech staff has been quick to reply and helpful sorting out any issues.

honestly some of the best support ive ever recieved in any service ive ever purchased. quick response, and they help you with adding your old world files to the server, and they are without a doubt the best server host in this price range.

Does more than I expect them to. They will help you set up a server, troubleshoot performance issues to get your server running better, set up ports for mods like simple voice chat- all that. Their support is super kind and always willing to help out. Had an outage issue and they gave me back more than I lost. Fine price for what I get, as well.

They helped me setup a Minecraft server to play with my Boy (switch) and me on PC. (Java with Bedrock connection). Support actually does stuff instead of just sending links to manuals and trying avoing helping.

All my Support requests are because of me needing help untertsanding or setup stuff - Server is running great.

im not even going to lie, this is the best hosting website ive ever used. i can only speak for their minecraft servers as thats what i use them for, but ive never once had an issue with them in comparison to other popular big hosting companies ive tried before such as aternos, shockbyte, and apex.

to start, their servers run amazingly. i like hosting minecraft servers for my friends and i to play on. the players range from england to america. ive never once had to deal with lag spikes (which i did end up dealing with a lot on the other hosting sites ive tried out) even with the large distance.

along side that, their server uptime is awesome and their layout for server configuration is very easy to understand and navigate, especially alongside the knowledgebase page they have on their website.

their support is also incredible with amazing customer service. i dont remember needing to wait more than maybe 10 minutes to get an answer through their support ticket system on their website when opening one during business hours. they even have an amazing feature on their discord server where if you get verified, you can dm the head of the site, Eshan, and get personalized help with whatever you need.

i've bought three different sized servers with them so far using different mods, different world types, and a different amount of players. each one has never let me down or faltered my expectations. They are super friendly, accommodating, and you can tell they love what they do. if i could give them more than 5 starts i would. 100% recommend this site for your next minecraft server.

went here because i was having trouble with cross-play servers. i wanted something cheap, but reliable. found this when i was searching reddit, and it was SO worth it.

i purchased the $7/mo 2gb iron pack for java minecraft server hosting, and to my suprise it has 20 server slots! i was expecting something like 5, but gosh 20!? other websites would definitely charge more than $7.

not only is it cheap, the customer service is probably the best ive ever gotten out of any company. i joined their discord server which had a bot to talk to, but ontop of that had an active staff member that helped me with questions the bot couldn't answer. they were very polite and were active within the community, not just as an admin :) shout out Eshan!

after that i decided that id give the server a shot and purchased. the website said to set up a ticket reguarding cross-play servers, in which i did. i sent the support ticket and within a minute, i got an email back from the same staff member on the discord.
he immediately began work and within exactly 15 minutes of sending the email, i already had a cross-play server that wouldve taken hours for me to set up with no extra cost.
not only that, once he was done, he also added 1 GB of extra RAM to my 2 GB, which meant i had 3 GB. best part is, i never actually asked for any of it, he went out of his way to optimize the server a little more.
he went out of his way to go above and beyond, which is MUCH apprieciated as i had so much trouble setting up my own server solo. its rare that you find customer support like this!

in all, piglin is my #1 choice. the customer support is the best ive EVER had, and probably has to be the best minecraft server host out there. would recommend to everyone!! love this host :)

I have used Piglinhost for my Java Minecraft server for over 3 years now. I have had many questions and the support staff have always responded on Discord within 5 minutes and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my requests. I'm not the most PC literate and I've thrown them some challenges. I definitely recommend Piglinhost to host your server. I've had many players on at the same time without issue and the servers never feel strained. and you can't beat their one on one support system! Many thanks to the team!

Customer service is very authentic and responds extremely fast compared to other services. Never been left dissatisfied and your server quality is basically guaranteed. Made the stress of creating my own Minecraft server disappear!

I've had Piglin hosting for me after running into numerous self-hosting issues over the years since I began my server in 2015. After bringing it into the modded sphere this year, aswell as a new generation of players, the game was on to find a service that could reliably sustain multiple international connections, aswell as some hundred-odd mods and the likes of that data.
Rolling in with the 4GB plan, almost all of our problems were smacked down with this great AND affordable service only munching $14 a month. Even after I had some straggler issues, tech support reached me in less than 7 minutes with my inquiry, and we were able to pack away a lot of concerns and issues, plus some benefits of that coordination. Highly recommended for anybody who doesn't feel like Applying for welfare after Apex Hosting or the sorts, give them a try!

There was initially a problem with my payment, however, I was able to resolve it within minutes, and even recieved a discount for the trouble! Big thanks to Eshan for the support.

As Minecraft Content Creators, we get asked often by folks watching, if they can join in...so we wanted to set up a Minecraft World that both Bedrock and Java players from the community, could access and play along with us.
