The support is honestly the best ive ever received from any host. The panel is quite easy to understand and even if you don't you can still get help from almost anyone in the discord.

I've used PiglinHost for over 2 years now, and it's been 5 stars the entire time. The quality is great; no issues with downtime or performance. The customer service is off-the-charts incredible. In the era of tech giants removing access to their support teams, it's incredibly refreshing to have personalized assistance. (Shoutout Eshan; thanks!)

I'm finally writing this review because -- for the second time -- I've received peronalized assistance in setting up a modded server. The first time was Minecraft, and now Terraria. The support I'm receiving is not simply "here's how to get it running". It's actually been "let me install the required dependencies to your server, and create the UI for anyone else to have access to these mods too." I really can't say enough good things.

Exceptionally helpful and kind staff. They have helped me multiple times setting up mods on my server and each time it has been quick and painless.

I've used the server for nearly a month and it is just great! Before the update I had some problems with outdated server installs and hard-to-use user interfaces, but after the update literally everything was fixed and works perfectly. It's way more easy to use with fast start-up times. Even the Owner, Eshan was very helpful! I had asked for the actual IP address and it took him less than a minute to give it in the support Discord. And they even provided an extra port for free! 10/10 service.

They made it very easy to set up my server. I joined their discord and got almost immediate help every time. They also let you put in whatever mods you want and make it very easy. Definitely worth it.

I've used PiglinHost for a little over a year now and it has always been fast, reliable, and extremely easy to use and setup. Where PiglinHost really shines, however, is its PHENOMENAL customer support team. I had issues with my payment method, and somehow missed the (many) email reminders sent for the invoice.

When I realised what had happened, I sent a ticket to support, inquiring as to whether or not it would be possible to restore my server and it's files. It had been two weeks since shutdown at this point, and I honestly didn't think it was possible. PiglinHost made it happen however. At their own expense they were able to recover backups and restore my server just like new.

I cannot recommend PiglinHost enough, they went above and beyond to remedy my stupid mistake, and have an amazing server infrastructure & software on top of that!

After searching reddit for hours for a host for a minecraft server I thought I would give the (relatively) small piglin host a try. I have no clue about running a minecraft server and require some of the most simple things to be spelled out to me like I am a 5 year old.

Every one of my problems was resolved quickly with help from support (amazing considering I am a New Zealand based person and their support team is based in the UK). Every time support talks to me they talk with me respectfully and don't make me feel at all like I am stupid for not knowing the most basic things about server hosting.

I recommend anyone to use this host, I have not had service this good from any company in 20+ years!

It has only been a couple weeks but so far, down time and lag are non existent, customer support is prompt and thorough - above and beyond!

I don't think I have ever had customer support so fast or helpful as I have already had in just my first couple days with Piglinhost. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have made hosting a server hassle-free.

I have used their services for almost a year now and I can confidently say that the price to value is the best and you won't find anything better out there. The support is insanely fast and very helpful always solving anything I need in the matter of seconds. Genuinely cares about their clients and about how they run their business. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

First time customer, Client support has been very responsive and helpful. Eshan responded immediately to my requests and set up my palworld server for me.

PiglinHost has been excellent in terms of every aspect of their service - rapid and quick service, as well as top-notch technical support for the service. PalWorld servers might be experiencing some issues, but that's ALL PalWorld servers and the Piglinhost team has been excellent in keeping everyone updated and resolving issues ASAP. 11/10!!!

i have a 8gb mc server and it runs very well with 106 mods. i was able to learn how to use the server very quickly when it's my first modded mc server ive ran on my own

Fantastic customer service at all hours, submitted tickets late at night with almost immediate helpful and friendly responses resolving issues as best as they can!

Searched many options and they were among the lowest for cost. After talking to team in discord I felt confident I'd get good custom support.

We just finished our first 6 hour night playing on our new palworld server with around 6 people to start and it went perfect. No hiccups or issues at all. We are super excited to have our own server and it was great to log off and let the crew keep going.

Was easy to stop server on my friends and pull our first backup too lol. Started right back up and they could all get right back in for the night.

This is genuinely one of the best hosting services I've used. Set up was easy, though I did have an issue where I didn't get the registration email or email to set up my dashboard password. I contacted support through discord and the support staff helped me immediately and got me set up. I've never seen a service with such incredible customer support.

They're also communicating very well about what servers are available, current known in-game bugs related to community servers and any outages. I'm thrilled to have chosen PiglinHost!
