I have renewed again for a competitive package for buildings and contents with the PIKL host insurance top up that meets my needs. Thanks Mia and Ben for great telephone service.

Very happy. Pikl made everything clear and simple, even though I had the unusual situation of living, letting and running a business in my home. Policy was tailored to me.

Renewed again for a second year with Pikl. They've also helped arrange our building insurance at a better price than a price comparison website.

The renewing of our policy was very easy, documents came with the renewal email so they could be read prior to renewing. The very first contact, last year, with an employee on the phone was very great and he was very helpful. A great company for Hosts of holiday lets!

James was professional and patient in explaining all the details of my joint home & holiday let policy clearly. I was happy with the premium..

James gave me all the information I needed and guided me to the right policy for my needs which I hadn't had from other firms. I was then able to choose between 3 insurers and felt happy with the quote.
My only reservations were that the sound on the phone was low and I had to concentrate very hard to catch everything said. Also at the end I thought I was going to pay straightaway, and did not understand I had to wait about 3 minutes to pay.

Mia on the sales desk was very helpful, informative, polite and professional. She took the time to run through some options before finalising the insurance. She seemed very knowledgeable, spoke very eloquently and was patient.

Was helped by the lovely Maria who was very kind and took time to go through with me the policy I needed and answered all my many questions. She sent through the quotes so I could re look and I phoned her back this morning and got put back through to her to pay. Maria is excellent at her job and put my mind as ease that I had chosen the right policy, so over all extremely happy with the service she gave me. Thank you Maria you are definitely 5 star service.
