Thank you Pilgrim for planning our amazing trip to Turkey!!!🇹🇷 Started off traveling through the city of Istanbul, then stayed in a beautiful cave hotel in Cappadocia where we had the best views. Ended our trip with a week on a private Gullet boat, with the best crew and talented chef (trust me, I’m a picky eater😁), traveling through the Aegean Sea!! Highly recommend !!!🇹🇷

A most delightful experience!
The Covid-19 pandemic forced our tour of Israel to be rescheduled for one year to summer 2021. June 22 - July 11 was a three-week period of fun and excitement for our 6-member travel group as we throughly enjoyed the historic and religious sites of Israel and Egypt. Mr. Dan Bergey of Pilgrim Tours meticulously guided us through all the new pandemic regulations needed for travel. Our itinerary was superb, accommodation, excellent, and ground travel was comfortable. Mickey ( our Israeli tour guide) and Mido ( our Egyptian tour guide) were passionate in their teaching and sharing and went above and beyond to ensure we received the utmost care. Everyone in our group felt completely safe throughout our trip and now harbor fond memories of every site visited and every lesson learned. Thank you Dan for all your hard work in making sure we met all the criteria for current travel.
This has been our 4th tour with “Pilgrim” and was as delightful as the previous three. Thank you, Pilgrim. Some friends have already expressed a desire to visit the Holy Land, and I look forward to leading yet another group of travelers on a Holy Land tour with a Europe extension in the near future, as our great God wills.

This was my 14th trip to Israel as a tour host, and my first experience with Pilgrim Tours. Pilgrim was excellent to work with in every way. With many Covid adjustments in place by Israel, Jessica and the team at Pilgrim worked tirelessly to assemble forms and documentation and required information for our group. Once we arrived in Israel all of the aspects of the tour were ideal. The arrangements Pilgrim made for us to get there, our experiences while touring and the return trip, were flawless and our tour group was overwhelmed with gratitude and praise. I can definitely recommend Pilgrim as THE way to arrange and plan the experience of a lifetime.

Our Group Tour of the 7 Churches of Revelation in Turkey was a fantastic experience. From the beginning of the planning process all the way to follow up after our return home, Pilgrim Tours was professional and considerate of every detail. The guide and bus driver provided quickly became like family and took such care providing a welcoming friendly experience in Turkey. They made sure to not only show us the tourist spots but that we were introduced to the wonderful people throughout the country at various restaurants and shops along the way. We each fell in love with Turkey as well as beginning a long lasting relationship with a Travel Agency that can be trusted. Dan was just a text away for all our questions. To the team of experts at Pilgrim Tour, my wife and I can only say, "Thank you for your excellent service." This was our third trip with Pilgrim Tours, and our second time to go back to Egypt. Our first trip was Israel-Jordan including Petra. Excellent. The second trip was the Egypt trip to Mount Sinai. Again, excellent trip. This time we did an individual trip of just the two of us because we wanted to delve into the Egyptian influence on the Old Testament. We know how significant the Greek and Roman cultures were for the New Testament, but I am not sure we appreciate the Egyptian culture's contribution to early Hebrew history. Indeed, it was that Egypt was land where 70+ of Jacob's family became a nation that would come out of Egypt 430 years later. Anyway, we had a great guide MIDO. I would highly recommend this Egyptologist and deeply committed Christian. He has studied under the premier scholars, and knows the history especially the archeology of Egypt. If you want to dig deeper go as a couple or two couples and follow him around for 4 or 5 days, through the Egyptian Museum (the new one will open soon), the Pyramids at Giza and Sakkara, as well as the Al Fayuom area. You will get suggestions as to the pharoahs/kings of Egypt living during the times of Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, etc. The knowledge is incredible. Have your notebook ready, your pen, your camera, and most important YOUR BIBLE. He also knows the best places to shop... You tour the carpet factory, the papyrus factory, the bazaar if you wish. It has been a few years since I went to Israel with Pilgrim Tours, but when my wife and I decided to go back again I looked at another tour agency but decided Pilgrim Tours was the best value for my money. As a pastor I really enjoyed the tour guide and their knowledge of Israel and it's history. If you haven't looked at their study guide you need to do so before you go. It is FULL of great information.

Our trip was exactly as advertised. From our initial contact to the flight home all was done in a professional manner. A very special shout out the Terry Sayer at Pilgrim Tours. Had a flight delay starting out on our Exodus Tour, informed Terry, he was cool, calm and helpful beyond measure. Caught our flight the next day, made it to Egypt, started our tour. Pilgrim Tours had a representative meet us at airport in Cairo, helped with processing and luggage then took us to meet our tour guide. Even missing a day due to plane issues we were able to see all that was scheduled then met up with our group that night, continued the next morning.
Everything was perfect...I would not hesitate to use Pilgrim Tours again, in fact, hoping to do a Nile Cruise in the very near future....

Pilgrim Tours is great! Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. He provided us with whisper devices so that we could clearly hear him as we toured the different sites, and he even helped our group when language and cultural barriers lead to a lack of communication and understanding. Also, our driver always made sure his bus was clean and comfortable, with water bottles we could purchase as we went from place to place. The sites were beautiful, and the hotels we were taken to were clean, well kept, and overall comfortable.

So privileged to have been able to travel with Pilgrim Tours in Turkey. We had an incredible tour guide with so much knowledge. We learned so much and had an amazing experience!

Most memorable experience ever!!!
I went on the 15-day exodus trip, and it has been the best traveling experience I've had in my life! Words cannot explain how thankful I am for the amazing work done by Pilgrim Tours and staff. All three of my tour guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable. The Bible took a 360* turn for me after stepping over the soil described in it! It was just wonderful. I learned so much, and now when I read, I can picture some of these places in my head and takes me back to a total different dimension. I loved and enjoyed the history covered, which was so rich and the places, the stories, the biblical references made at museums, historical places, archeological sites, etc were beyond my imagination. I met Christian people there, who have now become very close friends in the faith! It was all God ordained and orchestrated. I am beyond thankful for Pilgrim Tours and would a 1000% go again and recommend their trips!!!

We had such a good time on our trip to Israel. We were traveling with a few friends, but joined a larger group when we got there. The hotels were really good, most had a view room. The food was pretty good and had enough variety for everyone. We traveled on a luxury bus with a wonderful guide who kept us entertained with stories from history everywhere we went. Every part of the trip was planned from our camel ride in Nazareth to our boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. I would recommend Pilgrim Tours to even my most discerning friends.

The tour was an excellent and informative first look into Israel. Our guide and driver were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The hotels were wonderful and the food awesome. I especially enjoyed the stay at the kibbutz on the Sea of Galilee. Our group was rather large at 40+, so there were times it felt a little rushed. I would have loved a little more time at several spots. I would definitely take it again, but choose a time with a smaller group. Definitely worth every penny!

Memorable trip!
Pilgrim Tours really made our trip to Israel a memory of a lifetime! It was well organized and I felt safe while they guided us through all our travels. Will travel with them again given the chance!

We took the best trip of our life with the help of Pilgrim tours. It was a dream of ours to experience the holy lands. When we were researching tours we discovered Pilgrim tours. They had some tours that suited our interests so we eventually booked with them. We ended up booking two tours and some extra days in Jordan by ourselves. Everything went like clockwork. We never felt unsafe and always had a contact person when we were on our own.
The tours we took were phenomenal!! We were on a Christian tour and what a difference that made. Not only were the guides believers but all of the group were as well. This made for a very happy time.
We loved our guide in Israel and it is a dream of ours to be able to go with our family on the same trip with Mickey as our guide for the Israel portion.

Pilgrim Tours provided an exceptional tour highlighted by exceptional tour guides. All agenda sites were seen with a few additional bonus sites. Overall experience was 5 stars including food, transportation, safety, accommodations and health care (which we needed to utilize twice).

Pilgrim Tours took (my group) and me to just about every conceivably interesting site imaginable. I felt like we missed nothing, but the tour never seemed rushed at all. Micky Nikolaev led our group, and in between visiting the main sites, we would stop briefly for what he would call the Kodak moments where we would optionally step out of the bus and cogitate over the dry and seemingly innocuous landscape. Micky explained in memorable detail all of the series of events which occurred on these spots and we would get blown away by the immense history of these little Kodak moment locations.

I grew up in the mile-high state of Colorado, and when I visited the sea level and even below sea level locations, my body experienced difficulty adjusting to the altitude difference and I felt a mild form of reverse altitude sickness. I never experienced any nausea or headaches though, I actually felt a curiously persistant yet deceiving sensation of hunger. Nothing to do with the tour guides obviously, and no one else mentioned anything, so I might have been the only one who experienced it.

Having traveled 41 countries around the world, without a doubt I can say that pilgrim tours gave me the best experiences! I took the Exodus tour which went to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. The guides were exceptional and the group that I joined where of like-minded people that made for a most pleasant experience! As a single traveler, I felt safe and confident on this tour!
